i was only in Porto Santo for a short stay of four days and enjoyed it very much. The property is very well located, was easy to find, is equipped with everything you need and the beautiful sandy beach is just a few hundred steps away. Porto Santo is ideal for easy to moderate hikes on the various hilltops.

We loved our stay at Luísa's house. Very spacious and tastefully decorated with all the amenities a family could possibly need (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer). All rooms / bathrooms spotlessly clean. Excellent garden with palm trees and dining table / chairs. There was even a shed with bikes for the entire family and all the things you could need for a day on the beach. Location of the property is superb - 3 minute walk to mini-supermarket, bakery and various restaurants. The incredible Porto Santo beach an easy 8 minute walk - and you could even walk into the centre in 20 minutes, for all the shops and cafes. Taxis and buses plentiful on the island if you don't want to walk. And finally, Luísa was the perfect host - very friendly, easy to contact, lots of tips and advice on the local area - she made our stay very easy, we felt totally at home. We've fallen in love with Porto Santo (and this house) and will definitely return.

This location is excellent, walking distance to the beach and really peaceful. The apartment is well set up and has everything you need. It is a hidden gem, we will be back!
