Monthly Rentals in Peaks Island

Mark is an amazing host - kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. The house is in a great spot, walkable to the ferry/restaurants but a little quieter. Highly recommend!

We had a marvelous family Thanksgiving vacation at John's cottage on Peak's Island. The three bedroom cottage was beautiful, roomy, comfy-cozy and warm. The beds were very comfortable with lots of quilts and blankets. The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped. There was a beautiful scenic view of the ocean and small lighthouse. We would definitely plan to stay at the cottage again on our next trip to Peaks'.

I can't say enough about this sweet cottage. This was my first airbnb experience and I absolutely loved it. Andrew is a very accomodating host. He was always available when I had a question. The cottage is in a perfect location to enjoy walks in nature or to stay in on cozy days to work on a puzzle or read. The cottage is welcoming, clean, well stocked with supplies and so comfortable. I truly didn't want to leave.

Such a beautiful location and home! We visited Peaks Island off-season and couldn't have found a better place to relax and unwind. The home was beautiful and very comfortable (especially the beds!). We had everything we needed. The location was perfect - walkable to ferry and restaurants. Capt. Gene couldn't have been a more accommodating host. Since it was off-season, he helped us with what was open, ferry schedule, etc. He checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. He made us feel so very welcomed! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back! Thank you, Capt. Gene!
