Apartment vacation rentals in Peaks Island

Michael is a great host, he gave us clear instructions about finding parking when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our time there immensely

Maria's place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Check in was smooth and everything was in order. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very large and roomy. There is even a washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The living room is comfortable and its conveniently located just off route 1. It was perfect for us as we had family staying nearby. Definitely will keep this on our list for the next time in Wells!

Great place, great places to eat, local things to do. Only downside was parking. Still would stay here again anytime I was in Portland!

We had a wonderful stay here. It looked just like the photos - clean and orderly - and the bed was comfortable. It's modern and uncluttered, and the kitchen counter is a great spot to set up your laptop and maybe have a beverage - good light in there. Communication was excellent, too. Luke provided us with a link to a feature on must-try restaurants in the area, and he gave us some helpful general tips for Portland. Folding baggage racks and closet space with hangers were provided, and there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs; plus a shed should you want to store your bike or anything else. I would say for a single guest or maybe a couple looking for a simple, uncluttered place to stay while visiting, you don't need much more. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future.

The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean, nice art and furniture, and in a great location. Having a parking spot was super (I'm not sure what we would have done otherwise). Additionally, it's awesome that pets are allowed. We never go anywhere without our little dog!

Kathy’s place was perfect for a weekend in Portland! 15 minute walk to everything and a great host! Would definitely stay again!

Monica is a wonderful host! The rental was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Off-street parking was so helpful, especially for our winter stay. Easy to walk to downtown and west-end Portland. We had a great visit!

This BNB is very close to Old Port! Very easy to find parking and the neighborhood is peaceful. It is very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

My sister and I had a great stay at David and Kate’s place . Everything we needed was right at our fingertips and the bed was SO comfortable we wanted to take it with us ! Beautiful surroundings and easy to get everywhere ! Thank you David and Kate for sharing your place with us . Hope to visit again !

This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

Ian's place was great for a girls trip ti Portland. He was a great communicator if I had any questions or cleaning instructions. Will definitely stay again for any future trips to Portland.

We felt right at home in this gem of a 2 bedroom. We parked our car and didn't get back in until our stay was over. Comfy beds. Bright private apt. Very peaceful, yet close to everything! I highly recommend staying here!

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

Great place! Stayed for three days for a bachelorette weekend! Was super close to all our activities in the Old Port! Matt was a great host, we had no issues throughout the stay! Plenty of coffee, bathroom supplies, towels, kitchen was great also! Sadly it rained most of the time or we would have definitely used the hot tub and fire pit! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend if you need a place in OOB! Thanks Matt!

The house was adorable, clean, and extremely fairly priced. Reed went above and beyond to accommodate us (and our noisy kids)! The location is a short drive to the beach and the street is super cute and quiet. This was my first experience in an Airbnb and to say we were satisfied is an understatement.
