Monthly Rentals in Pattiswick

This was a well needed break for myself and my husband. Ann and Steve are so lovely, giving us a warm welcome and a lovely goodie box. Our pups loved the garden and had a great time running about with their dogs. Walks were plentiful and the sunshine was welcome. We took the short walk to the village hall where enjoyed the beer festival. We took our own airfryer and had a food delivery which all worked really well. So much so we have booked a return visit for next year. A perfect quiet haven which remains in character and true of the old black smith cottage. My partner and I stayed at the bake house for 2 nights. It is a lovely Airbnb; spacious, stylish and tidy. The design is modern, yet a cottage vibe. Victoria was a lovely host with speedy reply to messages and local recommendations. We were even left some vegan snacks which was much appreciated. A lovely base to explore Coggeshall and the local area. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely 1 night stay, very easy self check in with clear instructions. The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen has all you need to cook with. Would recommend

It’s difficult to put into words how gorgeous the property is. The attention to detail is unbelievable and the decor is beautiful. Nothing has been overlooked, from the coat hooks to cutlery it is faultless. Feel extremely lucky to have been able to make a booking so last minute. The welcome pack was so thoughtful too. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
