Anyalie's home was absolutely beautiful! The pool and backyard was resort quality! The home itself was very clean, welcoming and spacious! It was great for kids and adults! We thought Anyalie was a fantastic host! She was so professional, responsive and kind! This house and host will not disappoint!

This is an outstanding beach condo. Super clean, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and friendly neighbors. We rode out Hurricane Milton here with no issues. The beach is very private and we really enjoyed happy hour at Cadillac Cove across the street. The king bed was super comfy and I loved the living room recliner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed taking our meals on the ocean front lanai. Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay if you’re on a budget. Beach access is easy (even though you have to cross a busy street), and the river is nice. We enjoyed our time.

My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Kelley's condo. The location was perfect for beach access, just 2 short blocks from the front door to the ocean. Also a short walk to great restaurants, grocery store, and shops. The unit is large, well-maintained, and clean, and complete with full kitchen, laundry, and parking. I had several questions for the host Kelley and her responses were always fast and helpful. Definitely book this place for a short or long stay if you will be visiting Cocoa Beach, and have an iced coffee from Surfinista when you do :) We hope to visit again!
