Marina and Ruben were among the best Airbnb hosts we ever had. They were super helpful in many ways, including driving us to the bike shop when our bicycle broke. The house was what we expected of a 130 year old farmhouse. The kitchen and house were very well supplied with lots of extras. The fans throughout the house and deck were very effective. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, but the twins beds were lumpy and too soft for us. The location, surrounded by 4 mosques, enhanced the experience of Malaysian culture, as did several local food stalls and restaurants. Our favorite was breakfast at the nearby Roti Canai.

A beautiful oasis to escape modern life hustle and bustle. Ria and Andre are wonderful hosts - amazingly friendly and hospitable to invite you into their self-built oasis. The views are awesome and the facilities were fantastic. It’s amazingly peaceful, with a traditional feel (yet with all the tech and facilities you could ever need). I made good use of the washer and dryer after weeks on the road. I would highly recommended for a short getaway or a long-term stay. de koffie en het brood waren heerlijk - bedankt 🙏🙏🙏

Definetly OMG! I'm sad that we had time for only a short one night visit to the Coconest. The place is really special with calm vibe and beautiful surroundings. Bring some easy to cook food with you so don't need to leave the nest if you don't feel like it. There is water available on the premises and a water heater, also a small stove for cooking and a grill. We enjoyed our meal right outside the nest because there is also convenient fold-away table and chairs available. If you are sensitive for random water splash and pier noises during the night remeber to bring earplugs with you. Near Coconest there is an "abandoned" island short kayak trip away. Perfect for little urbex before pittoresque sunset. Hosts also super friendly and helpful. it's just as nice as the pictures.

Very nice place to stay and very nice host. The place as well as the pool were very clean.
