Sara’s place is a perfect getaway with gorgeous views and a 5 minute drive to the town. Th room is spacious and very comfortable with a large deck to enjoy the birds outside. Heaven’s Cafe is delicious for breakfasts and lunch. Th Golden Frog Inn has tasty Mexican fare with lovely sunset views. The Butterfly Haven is wonderful to see many varieties flying all around you. Sara is very helpful and delightful. She will also provide very tasty breakfast or dinner upon request. You will thoroughly enjoy this lovely escape.

We had an amazing stay at this charming little Caribbean cottage! The location is unbeatable—right on the water, with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even more special. We also loved exploring the local food spots just steps away—absolutely delicious! We liked the laid-back vibe of the Bluff Beach side of the island—peaceful, less crowded, yet still filled with great spots to enjoy a bite to eat. Renting a scooter / ATV was such a fun and safe way to explore the island—we loved the freedom it gave us to discover hidden spots at our own pace Flying Pirates is just steps away from the house, and we fully recommend renting from them—the service was great!

Ok wow this place was absolutely amazing! It was my dream to stay at an over the water bungalow and this exceeded all my expectations. Your own little paradise on a tropical island. Jump right off the front porch to swim in a great reef. Stunning views of the lagoon and mountains and sunsets. Michelle is a wonderful person and I am blessed to meet her. She helped me out with everything, gave great advice, and I met more amazing people at De La Luna and through her. This bungalow is ideal if you are staying long by being a digital nomad. You get a great peaceful place to sleep and work at. Then if you want to go to town and party you take the water taxi in right from the front porch. Bocas town is a blast so stay there for a bit then come right back to paradise. Also two restaurants and a store right in kayaking distance. Me encantó la cabaña donde nos hospedamos en Volcán. La ubicación es excelente y el lugar es sumamente acogedor, con ese estilo rústico de madera que justamente estábamos buscando. Todo está muy bien pensado y equipado: cuenta con estufa, nevera, lavadora, cafetera, condimentos para cocinar e incluso frazadas que nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos en todo momento. Tiene un escritorio ideal para trabajar, y uno de nuestros momentos favoritos fue desayunar afuera, en las sillas del porche, disfrutando del aire fresco y la tranquilidad del entorno. La cabaña también tiene un camarote y un altillo que le fascinó a mi hijo —¡una verdadera aventura para él! Se nota que cuidaron cada detalle en su diseño y decoración. Además, Coralia, nuestra anfitriona, fue muy amable y atenta. Nos recomendó lugares para visitar, y nos compartió enlaces y ubicaciones que hicieron nuestra experiencia mucho más fácil y completa. Sin duda, es un lugar al que queremos volver.

We really enjoyed the surroundings. Being right on the water, watching the tides come and go and all of the wildlife, particularly the birds was very interesting. This is great place to go for privacy, and a feeling of being in the middle of nature. Sue is fantastic, very helpful and very accessible. 5 stars!

We loved staying here! Very relaxed, low key place. A few places nearby for a drink and some food. We enjoyed Black Zambombo, beautiful setting. Pricy food and drink. Slept really well at Portobelo Scuba, and the air con was quiet and effective. Really idyllic spot. Some rubbish here and there on the roadside, but that’s common in Panama. We loved the late check out, a very generous 12.30pm. Rene was very welcoming and if you’re into diving it’s all here for you. We took a boat trip with snorkel hire, a bit pricey, you could get it cheaper probably, but it was convenient to do it all from here. So all in all a very lovely place!

Como muchas personas que se han quedado en el alojamiento de Chantal, buscábamos un lugar de paso. El lugar nos sorprendió de manera increíble porque es silencioso, tranquilo, y lleno de naturaleza y para nosotros fue mucho más que un lugar de paso. Lo disfrutamos mucho. La comida es espectacular y los jueves que tienen cerrado el restaurante, súper recomendado ir a su pizzería que queda en el parque de Las Lajas. Chantal y Giorgio son unos hosts encantadores, muy amables y abiertos a conversar. Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia y sin duda regresaríamos.

Our return visit to the lovely Casita Brisa del Mar was as stunning and idyllic as on previous stays. From the impeccable, sunny space, gracious details and fresh linens to the well-organized amenities, there is nothing left amiss. This little beach house is an oasis of serenity and easeful peacefulness. We truly enjoy its tranquility and elemental beauty and the sense of care Anna and Joe clearly bring to all they have created. The whole process is streamlined and easy, and Anna, while always available for any help needed, respects and honors the privacy of her guests. The walks on the beach and nearby paths make for wonderful jaunts with the comforts awaiting you once back at the casita, make it even more inviting! Britta and Alex place is a little gem in the jungle. Yet, just a few meters to a very nice beach. Bluff beach is not really swimmable but extremely beautiful to walk. The trail behind the beach is you plenty of chance to spot wild life. We saw sloths (with baby) hauler monkeys and beautiful birds. Tukans and others are resident on the island. And not to forget the red frogs everywhere. The accommodations are very nice. Clean and everything you may need. The hosts are very responsive and will accommodate with anything if possible. Gracious hosts that make you feel at home. Place is very private. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!! Nice restaurants within walking distance. Take the guided frog tour while there, very interesting. Nice place to be away from hectic life. Will come again.

Stay Wild was perfect for our family get away. The hut was placed in a peaceful spot in the jungle, where we watched hummingbirds, monkeys, crabs, sloths, & other creatures in their natural homes. It was beautiful and the hut was a perfect place to snuggle in over our month long stay. Walter was responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful! His attitude & joyful presence was a delight and he responded to all our questions & concerns with attentiveness & care. We would love to visit again, and if you want a place outside of Bocas, with still some things to participate in close by (like Ohana Restaurant & the private swimming coves), this is the perfect spot to really unplug & enjoy the beauty of the Panamanian rainforest.

Muy hermoso lugar, acogedor y con una vista estupenda, el jacuzzi es lo mejor, solo las almohadas estaban sucias, por todo lo demás muy bueno y completo.

This is a fun place to stay. Manuel, the owner, is a very creative and ingenuitive interior designer. Don't be put off by the name Medievel Hut, Manuel's place is very hip and up to date. I highly recommend this comfortable and unique Airbnb experience.

We had a great stay overlooking Boquete at Sherry & Troy’s beautiful property. They were amazing hosts, very accommodating and have lots of knowledge about the local area. The little house is incredibly well done, decked out with everything you could want and very luxurious. The views are stunning. Highly recommend this slice of paradise if you’re going to stay in Boquete.

Brittany was so kind and helpful. The cabin was perfect, with a screen door to keep out bugs. We left the doors open the entire stay, the sounds of the ocean and the various life outside was so peaceful. The entire community is so wonderful, I felt right at home. Would recommend to anyone I knew traveling to Panama!

La cabaña es preciosa y las vistas son inmejorables. Estuvimos una noche solamente pero cuando volvamos a Boquete seguro nos volvemos a hospedar en Sunset Cabins. No tengo queja alguna. Si buscas quedarte en un lugar privado, romántico, apartado del ruido, creo que está cabaña es perfecta para ti.

Anya’s place is one of the best AirB&Bs we ever had! A tiny house with absolutely everything we needed: a huge bed, very modern hot shower, well equipped kitchen, surrounded by a jungle where we could observe birds and wild animals passing by. Her husband Chichi was very friendly to talk to and helpful to give us instructions about the hikes we wanted to do. The place is high up on the hill above the town and it’s a bit of workout to come up/down through the roofed stairways but we walked every day and good for our fitness. Highly recommend!

We just stayed 1 night but really enjoyed our time☺️ Communication with Ayesha was great and check-in instructions very clear and easy :) Beds were super comfy, room was clean and wifi worked very well. It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for! The beach was close and the short jungle walk a nice addition to the accommodation ☺️

One of the most beautiful homes I’ve stayed in on Airbnb. Thoughtfully designed, well appointed, fresh cut flowers, great amenities (outdoor shower, hammock, excellent WiFi, surfboard rental)….the list goes on. Importantly for me, no clutter, yet the home had a spirit which is so often the struggle on this platform. The location itself is ocean front, shared with two other homes. Cambutal is remote, you do feel like you’re in paradise from time to time, but there are enough modern outposts in town for you to eat and shop. Cheers to our hosts, much gratitude for this wonderful home you’ve created. We hope to be back soon!

The cabin is beautiful placed in a hill with clear view up to the mountain and you can even see the ocean from the upper floor. It's a great place to just chill out, have a bbq, even a bonfire outside and a lookout platform where the sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Also, my dogs could go about safely and enjoy the place. I seldom let them roam free, but they were very happy and the place is away from any traffic with a clear view in case they get too far. The room has and amazing view and you just want to stay there a whole month either relaxing or working remotely. You can go for a good walk around and just chill. It has Internet available and is quite stable, so no need to worry about anything. Last but not least, kitchen is well equipped and there is a mini-market not too far away in case you are missing anything. I will definitely return again.

Ciella and Quincy's place was a dream. Birds, frogs, a creek and gardens in the back. They are friendly, warm people that know a ton about the area and have great recommendations. The walk to town is doable but it is down (and up on the way back!) a large amount of stairs and steep, so if you are not the most mobile you will want to budget for taxis or have a rental car. For us, it was well worth it to have the most incredible view and tranquility that being up the hill offers. Bring binoculars to watch all the hummingbirds in the feeders they have!

Amazing stay with a beautiful private overwater terrace. The host was very kind and accommodating. The local staff was also there to help with getting water taxis or anything else we needed. Would also recommend getting food at the cafe that belongs to the place because the food was great. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
