Jen's place is beautiful and was a great size for a short stay for the two of us. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. Jen is super responsive and had great suggestions for things going on in the area or activities we might want to check out. She got back to us right away with any questions we had. Cozy apartment with balcony views of the beach, pools, and mountains. First floor has a restaurant and specialty drinks, along with occasional entertainers. I really did like the gym, it's well equipped. Enjoyed chatting and working with the host. She ensures you are having a great experience.

Our family stay was excellent! This accommodation had everything you need to feel at home, I liked that the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. Very comfortable for our family stay with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, just like the photos. I would definitely go back and recommend it!

This place was great. I had read one leas than good review after I booked so i was a little worried. But the place was perfect for what we needed. The yard is very private, the pool is great to soak in during the hot afternoons. The beach is great, we spent some time swimming and playing in the surf. The house is a beach house, it has everything you need to be comfortable. The barbecue area is where we sent most evenings cooking and enjoying the sound of the ocean. Diego and staff were great. We wanted to show up a little early and they had zero problems accommodating us. If we had question they answered right away or came by to show us how things worked. This place was perfect for us, i would recommend it for sure.

The house is more beautiful and bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very well maintained, all functional and clean. Jaqueline responds quickly and waited for us to hand over the house to us personally. We have the help of Sr Eric and Sra Belgium (optional) so everything is even more comfortable. There was no humidity, sheets, towels, all clean. All the airs worked. The full pool and ping pong table Internet with good speed that covered the whole house Very accessible the descent to the beach.

A beautiful apartment, very comfortable with a spectacular view, very quiet, clean with everything for a few days as a family, beautiful social areas, with swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, a small restaurant that has good food, excellent attention and rich drinks, very nice views of the sunrises and sunsets, Thimotty the owner, very special, friendly, due to our stay and every detail, very good host, very grateful to him, we would definitely return, a very nice and fantastic place, very close, easy to get to and the people who work there in all the areas are very friendly and respectful, many kilometers of beach to walk, if they want a quiet place, special to spend a few good days, this apartment from Thimotty is the best, thank you for everything and so, very grateful.

We stayed at Lorraine and Stan's condo for 3 and a half months. It is a very nice unit in a highly desirable building in Playa Coronado. We had stayed in the same building the previous year. This unit was a significant upgrade for us and we were very pleased with our choice. The condo is on the east side of the building which is preferable to the west side. Direct midday sunshine, which can be extreme, is avoided and that helps keep the temperature in the unit down. We never once turned on the air conditioning. The unit has been outfitted with several large ceiling fans which were all we needed. There is also a prevailing breeze from the ocean to enjoy through the large window openings. Lorraine and Stan are excellent hosts. Our communications were always prompt and helpful. When a couple of minor issues arose (as they always due during a long term stay), Stan came immediately to carry out the necessary repairs. All-in-all, we had an excellent stay.

Eugenia's place is a fantastic destination for a getaway. The proximity to the ocean makes the experience truly magnificent. This is our second time staying at her place, and we hope to return again. The apartment is simply wonderful, equipped with everything one might need during their stay.

From the moment we walked in to Elennay's home, we felt relaxed. The space is modern, very well-decorated with furniture and accent pieces - definitely FELT like we were at the beach and on vacation! The kitchen is super-modern and spotless and included everything we needed to make wonderful meals and snacks. We loved being able to open the window at night and listen to the waves - amazing! When I had questions about anything, either Carlos or Elennay responded right away. We loved the pools, walking on the beach, meeting other tenants/visitors, and just relaxing. I would highly recommend Elennay's home and would definitely come back. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!!

The view and ambience were stellar ! Although my ocean-front stays are limited this is the best I've ever experienced as far as the view and convenience ! And Sarah always replied quickly to my questions and had great recommendations for handy eateries, or needs.

Nia is very responsive and accommodating. The space is a little oasis with stunning ocean views and direct beach access. Perfect getaway and relaxation that needed.

Highly recommend! We only stayed three nights, and although most of our time was spent at the beach and pool, the location was fantastic! Will definitely plan to return next time we are in the area! Burma was very responsive and accommodating to any and all of our questions.
