Very nice and clean Villa. The pics don’t do justice, will be our first choice in Dubai Hills Estate.

It was our first time in Dubai along with kids and the place just felt at home, all the amenities were as they were said to be. Place seemed to be small in pictures but it was huge for 5 of us with proper sleeping cozy place for everyone. Restaurant, grocery store and even the metro was at walkable distance. Location of the place is right in between and all attractions are around and at closer distance. We just loved the place and are sure to visit again.

Shai is truly a super host. She made sure we felt right at home, checked in on us a few times and even provided cleaning material and laundry detergents. The house was spotless and well maintained! She truly thought out of the entire experience and provided home like comfort. She is very responsive and responsible and very delightful to deal with.

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

The villa was perfect for what we needed. We were holding a big family reunion and needed the additional bed space in the Ranches. Couldn't fault it and a bonus being so close to the Ranches Souk and Golf club (bars). Thanks so much.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

Really good stay, couldnt of found a better place to stay for the money.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Jodie was an amazing host—very responsive, kind, and supportive, which made the experience even better. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone! I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you're looking for a flawless stay in a beautiful home with an outstanding host, this is it. I will definitely be returning!

The apartment was really cozy and felt so comfortable living here. Having access to a great swimming pool and gym was also a really nice bonus on top of how nice the apartment was. We would love to visit again when we come back. 5*

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — within walking distance to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the metro. The street is wide, beautiful, and full of life, with many shops and restaurants all around. It was a real pleasure to walk here every day and enjoy the vibrant surroundings. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. The support team was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our requests — thank you so much for that! We felt very cozy and well taken care of. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Dubai.

We stayed for a week with my family at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, over the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information to detail and always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Perfect stay for a family with young kids like us - the flat has everything you need including cot and high chair, lots of space, kids toys, and being attached to the Anantara resort means access to beach, kids pools, restaurants and the kids club! We have a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality.

Accommodation as advertised, good location with parking space very nice view of the marina, convenience store downstairs from the building and snack bar, the little plus of the accommodation is the private boat ride.

We had a wonderful family reunion in this apartment! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Schahin is a very responsive host, client service was A+.

Overall the stay was great from detailed instructions to clean room to hospitality.

Fernando was a great host. He provided a crib for my 6 month old even though it was not listed as part of his home initially. the unit is one of the nicest and cleanest units I have seen in dubai. the view is outstanding and the building amenities excellent.
