Khan is an excellent host. Super responsive and attentive, gives excellent recommendations of surrounding area and went out of his way to make me feel at home. the apartment is in a superb location, very close to the Boulevard and has a great Sea facing balcony. My time here was so good that I ended up extending my stay multiple times - would highly recommend this apartment and host.

Extremely responsive and helpful hosts, from arranging crib to getting stuff fixed. Literally a two minute walk to mall, but property also has its own pharmacy and supermarket so you don’t even need to go to mall.

I usually skip writing reviews but in this case I'm really happy to share our superb experiences. Busra, Dave, Akash - all of them were very proactive, perfect communication, always informing us about next steps, details, best local practices. Special thanks to Akash who helped out immediately as we had an issue with the taxi at our arrival. The host waited for us in front of the building ensuring a smooth check-in. The apartment was amazing, it's better than on the photos, perfectly clean, equipped with everything. The view was unbelievable, right to the Burj Khalifa which is probably the best view across Dubai and we enjoyed the light show right from the balcony. This is really a perfect downtown central location - Dubai Mall, great restaurants are available in a few min walks. Additionally there is a Carrefour grocery in a few steps from the building - it's easy to get quality foods, fruits for a budget price. Top service, top experience and for sure we return! :)

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

Perfect stay for a family with young kids like us - the flat has everything you need including cot and high chair, lots of space, kids toys, and being attached to the Anantara resort means access to beach, kids pools, restaurants and the kids club! We have a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was 15 minutes from the metro. There are plenty of small grocery shops to use. The people on the front desk were friendly. The room was easy to get into and we were given good instructions on what to do. I loved the views and you can see the buildings by the marina from the balcony. There was a welcome pack and also some big bottles of water was provided and mini KitKat's. I would stay here again if I was to come again. Thank you for a lovely visit.

I had an amazing stay at George’s place during my first trip to Dubai. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was also really well priced for the quality and comfort offered. George was an excellent host his communication was prompt, clear, and made everything so easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai!

We absolutely loved our stay! It truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and incredibly spacious, with cozy seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony offering breathtaking views of Ain Dubai. We especially enjoyed cooking and dining while taking in that stunning view. The location was perfect; just a short walk to the beach, Marina, and all nearby attractions. Our Host was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We’d come back in a heartbeat, this place is a gem!
