Monti di Luna was a perfect accomodation for my family of 5. Paola and Simone are caring hosts, provided excellent communication and were very responsive before and throughout our entire stay. The location is excellent, and the bikes provided allow you all the transportation you need to navigate Forte dei Marmi and feel like a local. The garden outside is simply lovely and incredibly peaceful. We cannot wait to return!

Absolutely perfect stay! The house is impeccable, very well-equipped and in a good location. Leonardo is very responsive and attentive and we had a memorable stay with friends. The house is spacious, very well maintained, well-equipped and very charming. We felt right at home and the terrace and garden are very private and friendly. We loved it and highly recommend it, everything was perfect!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Elena's house is beautiful, the design is much better than it looks in the pictures, it's very spacious, with everything you need! the outdoor space, the garden and swimming pool are really great! we had great time!

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

We had a wonderful week at Vincenzo's house. We were 2 families with children (5 total). The spaces in the house were perfect to accommodate everyone. The location, a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and 35 minutes from beautiful Lucca, turned out to be perfect. Away from the chaos, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Vincenzo is also a super host! Friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. Christina was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay the best. She made great recommendations and even made reservations for dinner for us our first night. There was an issue with one of the small kitchen appliances not working and she immediately delivered a replacement. She promptly answered all questions and truly cared that our stay was the best it could be.

Here is the final version of the review: --- We had a wonderful stay! The property offers a breathtaking view of the sea that we enjoyed every day, especially at the fantastic sunsets. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, which really helped us relax. We also particularly liked the olive trees on the property, which gave the whole thing a special charm. The hosts were always available and very helpful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with fantastic amenities!

We had a great week at Villa Elisa as a family of 7. We especially enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool with hot tub. Everything was neat and when we had a question, we could easily reach the host. That was very nice. Pietrasanta is a nice place, especially on the weekend it is cozy to eat out. The cities of Pisa and Lucca can be reached within half an hour. We also took a day trip through the mountain pass to Barga, across the mountain that you look out for. That was a beautiful and peaceful place. More beautiful than the crowded Florence, we thought. We discovered the real Tuscany there. Also the hill behind the city is nice to see, near the ruin. You will then look out over the city and the sea. Within half an hour walk you will be by the sea, which is also very nice.

The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

The villa is gorgeous scenic experience with views of the Tuscan hills. We came in Winter so we couldn’t use the lovely pool but enjoyed a wine tasting just up the street at Tenuta Maria Teresa. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and we loved congregating in the living room to play games. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had what we needed. It was very private and tranquil location 12 minutes from Lucca. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and worked with us easily on check in and out times even letting us arrive early. It is typical in Italy to pay for heat consumption, came out to 226 euro for three days even when turning it low when gone for the day so just something to keep in mind as it is a large villa. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommend the location. We’d come back.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. We were an overall company of 11 guests and everyone agrees that a better host doesn't exist. The place is even better than the photos, and a place we'd love to go back - top recommendations from here.

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Beautiful big house for the whole family. We were pleasantly surprised as to how nice everything was! Scenic area and lovely plot for play and swimming. The playroom was appreciated. The house is located high up in the mountains with narrow winding roads. Perfect for nature experiences! If you want to visit cities around, expect that it takes at least 1 hour by car. Consumables type paper, dishwasher detergent is available for a couple of days but if you want to grill, make sure to buy your own charcoal. Since it is an old stone house, wifi is limited. Some days there were also problems with the water supply and hot water. May be because we were there early in the season. The host couple incredibly service minded and friendly. Quick to answer questions and help, and also tips on excursions, experiences, and other things in the area.

if someone is looking for a quiet and beautiful place, this is the place for you! We stayed at Villa sole mio for a week. The view is far-reaching and beautiful. The villas are a little remote meaning that you have to be mobile, but you get peace throughout the day. The location is ideally located geographically and you can reach Lucca,Pisa,Siena and Florence. You can also reach the sea within 45 minutes. Ideal to visit cities in the morning and enjoy the fantastic pool with the view in the afternoon. Our host, Martina was very friendly and always helpful. The employees who work on the property are also very friendly and keep the complex in good shape. What should be mentioned is the access road to the villa. You can only reach the villas by a narrow one-lane pebble path of about 400 m long. A sports car or a lowered vehicle is not recommended. I can only recommend Villa sole mio. Would go there again immediately.

We had a lovely week. Unfortunately, the pool was much too cold around that time. In high summer, it will certainly give good cooling. The garden is a dog paradise. We were 11 adults. The 5 rooms were too few for this. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for 12 people. We were able to cook and barbecue extensively. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was not enough for everyone. Only the conventional method helped. The separate wine cabinet was used extensively by us. All in all a good place for Max. 10 adults and two young kids at a warm season.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.
