Giancarlo is a very friendly host, and always helps / reacts to messages. He also speaks good English. The apartment is very modern and everything is as you can see it on the pictures. I stayed there for 4 months for studying and i am very happy that i chose this place to stay.

Clean house and quiet and very nice place

Luca's place is a little slice of paradise. Spacious, cozy and surrounded by tranquility, it made us feel protected and pampered, as only a real refuge can do. Luca, always available and friendly, made our stay even more pleasant with his attention and care. The villa is thoughtful in every detail: underfloor heating, a warm fireplace, and an elegant design, inside and out. We spent the Christmas and New Year's holidays surrounded by affection, laughter and unforgettable moments with our loved ones. The house sleeps up to 8 people and offers convenient private parking for 3 cars, perfect for relaxing or exploring the surroundings on foot or by bike. A place that makes you fall in love with life. The house is wonderfully quiet - out of hunting season. The pool is clean and plenty of loungers are provided. If you have a wide car, you will have trouble at the bridge. The kitchen furnishings are moderate, but it is enough for quickly what to do. The landlords are very nice and helpful, you can only wander in Italian. We would book the house again.

Great place to stay and visit venice!

We spent a week in the house and felt very comfortable. Although it was over 33 degrees warm throughout the week, the stone house was pleasantly cool. The view from the terrace is beautiful and a great place to stay. In the immediate vicinity, great hiking trails start at a moderate level.

Great apartment with directly adjacent swimming facilities behind the garden. The dining option in the covered conservatory was ideal at any time of the day with plenty of seating. Of the bicycles available, we used one, the rest we took ourselves, which is highly recommended to explore the island. Leo was also always immediately available when we needed him or had any questions. Our stay was great and we'd come back any time. Thanks again.

Wonderful palace with very nice and large rooms, wonderfully located in the old town of Padua. Almost right next to the Scravigni Basilica. The wonderful hosts go above and beyond, and we really enjoyed it. Great breakfast!

My family and I were traveling through Italy and stayed for two nights in this pleasant place. The atmosphere of the big house was very cozy and calm. We woke up to the sound of birds singing. Free parking for our car was a few meters from the entrance. Marziano met us and showed us his house, instructed us in detail about how the appliances work in the house. By evening it became a little cool and Marziano, at our request, turned on additional heating. The house has three bedrooms and three large bathrooms. Marziano's tips for choosing a restaurant were very helpful. We visited one of the recommended fish restaurants. It was wonderful. It was convenient to get to all the interesting places of our trip by car. Thanks to Marziano for the hospitality.

Excellent, definitely the best place I've ever had. The house is spectacular and the detail of leaving things for breakfast like juices, coffee and sweets makes it even more enjoyable. 10/20!

Really perfect apartment if you are traveling alone or as a couple, Gabriella and Roberto are really two exquisite people, easy-going, kind and available for every need, hands down the best apartment you can find in terms of value for money, beautiful and cared for in the smallest details, inside you will find everything that can be helpful. I will definitely be back!

The house is very bright, spacious and clean. The location is also good, in 15 minutes you can walk to the center of Treviso!

What can I say, Carlo is a great host and he has an awesome apartment. He welcomed us and had great tips for places to eat. The apartment is really close to the train station, about 200m, so getting to Venice was easy. We have a small baby and Carlo provided everything we needed. We felt really at home. Thank you Carlo.

The studio is spacious and clean and is just like in the photos. Our host Marco was quickly responsive to any queries we have. The Internet service was fine. The proximity to the train station and main historic attractions was really good.

Giovanni is extremely helpful and gives a lot of recommendations. The place fulfills everything you need to have a good time.
