This building was built in 1910, by the great philanthropist/oil magnit/textile ,Mr.Mekheil Aramyants, an Armenian businessman who also built Tbilisi Marriott hotel (previously the Majestic hotel) named after his beloved ship (Majestic), by his talented architecture Alexander Ozriov, born in Tbilisi, this hotel was founded on May 2021, renovation works started on October 2020, saving plenty of heritage, including a full fireplace in King’s David room, a remaining of a fireplace in the writer…
