The location is what this place has going for it. The room was clean but the whole house is very run down and poorly kept. There was a strong foul odor as well. Host was friendly but this place was way over priced for what it was!

Leah’s place was a great place to crash for the night on our way back into Boston! This is an old house so remember that it has thin walls and creaky floors but great value and has everything you need for what you paid for! The other guests we stayed with were very respectful when they came in after us and it was easy to share a bathroom with them.

Leah very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable and bathroom clean. Rest of house and room wasn’t adequately cleaned and in significant need of renovation and in a state of disrepair - which was somewhat reflected in the price.
