Cabin vacation rentals in Ozark Mountains

Such a perfect cabin for a couples getaway. Isolated but not too far away from local food/shopping. I appreciated that the entrance gate had a lock. So many amenities (baggo, hammock, fire pit). The view of the river/fields from the hot-tub is great! I LOVED how the cabin was styled/decorated - and the reading nook was such a cute touch. We would love to come back!

We love hiking so we visited the Garden of the Gods, the Little Grand Canyon and the Giant City Nature Trail. This cabin is in a great location for visiting the Shawnee National Forest and perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. The grill for making dinner was so clean, as well as the hot tub for relaxing. Also a fire pit out back. The kitchen had everything you could need. Shampoo and conditioner were also provided. This is by far the best Airbnb I have visited, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We had a great time :)

We had a great stay at Lindsey and Heidi’s cabin while exploring the great hikes nearby. The cabin was super comfy and we loved how peaceful the surroundings were. The bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of hiking! You may want a 4x4 vehicle to get around the area’s dirt roads if you are planning on exploring. Due to the extreme weather (flooding and tornadoes), we had to cut our visit short and Lindsey and Heidi were helpful in making sure we were safe. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great secluded place, we really enjoyed our stay.

We spent a few days in this cabin in the woods. it was exactly what we needed. Super peaceful, surrounded by trees, and the view was just beautiful. The cabin itself was charming and well-kept, with all the comforts of home and a rustic touch that made it feel warm and inviting. Everything was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the place had a peaceful vibe that helped us instantly relax. It felt private and quiet, cozy and homey. We left feeling refreshed, grounded.If you’re looking for a chill escape in nature, I’d totally recommend this place. Michael was an amazing host, always prompt with his response and kept us updated with the little details whenever needed. We will visit again!

Great location for riding our ATVs. Comfortable and clean. Loved sitting in rocking chairs on the deck. So beautiful and peaceful. King mattress is pretty soft and makes you roll to middle. Plenty of towels and hot water. Overall a great stay and would definitely book here again.

This cozy little getaway is top-tier for the outdoors enthusiasts. Incredible views from the back deck and hot tub. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and roasting hotdogs over the fire pit. We brought our own firewood but they had wood available for purchase at a fair price. It was easy to get to but felt very private and secluded. There are countless hiking, kayaking/canoeing, and other outdoor activity opportunities nearby. I think the only thing we missed was a toaster. It would have been nice to have one for some beagles and toast. Otherwise this place had everything we could need.

The host is very friendly and responsive. The cabin is beautiful and backs up to the woods. Very peaceful. The cabin is part of a small trailer park community but cabin’s at the end of the street and the neighbors are very quiet.

3 old friends enjoyed 3 days of fishing at Montauk. The location and cabin were perfect for us. Historically we have stayed in a cabin in the park, but moving forward we will be staying at the Blue Ribbon. It is ride outside the park, a very short drive, much more peaceful and much nicer for a similar price. Highly recommend staying here for a fishing trip to Montauk.

The only thing is I wish there was more time. We enjoyed this location.

The cabin was so clean and looked brand new inside. The fireplace woodstove was wonderful on the cool evening and the screened in porch overlooking the woods and valley were just wonderful. Bob's cabin will always be on my short list for returning to again in the future when needing to get away to a peaceful and quiet location (even my cell phone with internet didn't work here which was a plus). I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, and beautiful location.

The cabin was as described, cute and comfortable. Pretty remote so you need to bring what you need or it’s a long trek to a town.

We stayed at the cabin for Spring Break with our teenaged son and 2 poodles. We came to the area to enjoy the outdoors and escape the cold, and we had a wonderful time. Our hosts gave fabulous restaurant recommendations- we tried the local pizza place upon arrival, Billy Gail’s for an enormous breakfast, and a nearby Mexican restaurant. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the attractions in Branson, but we didn’t do a lot there. We found it a good base to explore the wider area including local and state parks. We liked walking the path near the cabin. The pools were not open yet, but looked great. The golf course is beautiful. All in all, the cabin worked perfectly for us!

Very nice cabin with great views from the top deck. Great for a family vacation with the lake trail and game room.

I had a great time staying here! Doug was hospitable and helpful, and the cabin was clean and cozy. Also the area was peaceful and everywhere nearby people were very welcoming. I felt safe and comfortable staying in the cabin!

Much needed getaway with my wife. Spent Saturday fly fishing the Little Piney with a lot of success. epic location and enjoyed the cabin and fire pit.

Mitch was a great host and super helpful! Cabin is beautiful, peaceful and secluded in the wilderness right on the banks of the Illinois River. We enjoyed the hot tub and taking in all the nature. I really enjoyed all of the Oklahoma and local decorations of the cabin. It felt like home instead of just a place to stay.

Ron was very easy to work with. He communicated with us and was flexible with check out. We appreciated that we were able to bring our puppy with us. The cabin was simple, but had a beautiful location. We'd love to come back again when it's warmer to explore.

Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts! They respond right away and are super friendly. The cabin was exactly as it was described and very clean! We would for sure stay again!

We really loved Carol’s cabin. We only stayed overnight on a cross country trip so we didn’t have a chance to fully enjoy the property. But we would love to stay again for an extended visit.
