Fantastic absolutely loved our stay!! So peaceful!! If you are thinking about staying don’t hesitate just book it!!

My stay was everything I'd hoped for and more. I needed a solo getaway weekend in nature, & the cabin was less than an hour away in a beautiful, quiet location. The cabin, its front porch and big picture window face the lovely pond & woods. His home is conveniently nearby with its above-ground pool, loaner walking sticks and Bill on call, but you can stay in solitude if you wish. Queen bed was comfy & cozy. I was greeted with a bud vase of tiger/day lilies that bloomed each day on the long table by the windows, where I painted & wrote. The tall mini fridge had room for the food I took plus the cans of seltzer, granola bars and fresh apples Bill stocked in. He also had tea, coffee, oatmeal packs and microwave popcorn. I didn't miss having hot water (there's an electric tea kettle); the cold well water was clear & fresh. Composting toilet worked fine. The switchback trail to the creek is worth multiple treks. I WILL be going back -- delightful place & kind, communicative host!

We loved our short getaway! Jan and Dede were very kind and the place was so beautiful. It was a fun and peaceful stay. We will be back!

Terry was awesome! Met him within 5 minutes of being there. Gave us his number in the event that we needed anything. My wife and I absolutely loved this cabin and are already going to book it again! Very clean, comfy and peaceful! Perfect place to stay for sxs’s and riding trails! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, priced awesome and close to the trails this is the place! We’ll be back soon! Claire and Myke were great hosts! Claire gave us accurate directions to navigate around bridges that were covered with water. Very responsive and came to check in on us when we arrived. Dockley Ranch is a very beautiful and peaceful place. We enjoyed the cabin and hiking the trail. My kids especially enjoyed columbine falls before our road trip home. I would definitely bring the family back to stay here again. Thank you Claire & Myke!

Clark was an amazing host with a beautiful piece of land. Very nice host with great recommendations and very accommodating to our needs. Set us up perfect for the weekend with a private space and got fires started for us both nights which really helped make our weekend special thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. The host provided us with the code to enter along with great detailed instructions on how to locate the bunkhouse. The host also provided some activities to be able to see the water and the property. We loved the aesthetic and that it felt homey with no clutter!

Before booking, I read a lot of reviews, and I kept seeing the word “beautiful” over and over again. The reviews were correct. It is beautiful! It’s a garden oasis with 13 acres to walk around. The B&B was clean, restful, and charming with lots of natural light. I was my own little world for 2 days. My only regret is not reserving for another night or two or three! It was hard to leave. Kris was working on the grounds the first morning I was there, and I saw her as I was taking a walk. I had a great talk with her, and she showed me around their event venue. Kris is very friendly and told me all about the community. It was nice to be in such a beautiful area and yet have the convenience of a grocery store, a coffee shop, a few restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a cute boutique within only a few minutes drive. I am a caretaker, so this was a respite for me, and I could not have chosen better. If you’re looking for a restful, peaceful getaway in nature, this is your place.

Great communication and responsiveness from Brittany. Instructions were clear and the place was easy to find. Very peaceful private setting but close enough to easily do things in Eureka Springs. Staying in a caboose in the woods with an awesome hot tub, what more could you ask for!

It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The amenities were great, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub! Anna was a wonderful host, and we appreciated her hospitality

We have stayed here several times and always feel right at home. Erin and Todd are always very responsive. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and Erin left us a beautiful card a flower arrangement and some local roasted coffee. There was a power outage due to local storms and Todd and Erin stayed in touch with us and the power company updating us on the progress of getting power restored. I can’t say enough about how well Erin and Todd treat us when we stay ate their property.

Wow! Gretchen’s place was so perfect for our little getaway! I have never met a more welcoming host! Her passion for what she does is evident and you can tell that she is a very caring and giving person. She was very easy to talk to and made us feel at ease. It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and Gretchen was able to provide a unique experience with her lovely horses! It was a trip to remember! The place itself was PERFECT! So cozy and just enough room for us. She had everything stocked and we felt right at home. We took a 12 minute drive to Fulton for dinner that night and the recommendation was great! I highly recommend this place! One of my favorite Airbnb stays!

Amazing get away!!! Zebras come right up to the window and hot tub. Other animals were fun to watch. The lemurs were jumping tree to tree. Babies are so cute. Very very clean hot tub and cabin. Cute coffee set up. Everything you need. We can’t wait to return.

Absolutely wonderful cabin to stay in. Private and peaceful and everything we needed. Host was amazing about responding to questions and concerns. Easy to find and we will 100 percent come back the next time we want to be near Eureka Springs.

Our family had a wonderful time this last weekend!! It was a weekend for celebrating my wife’s birthday and Father’s Day, my wife and I arrived to find a bouquet of flowers for her birthday and a steak and beer with a thoughtful card for me for Father’s Day, and a perfect clean cabin for us to stay in. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. To say the hosts go out of their way is an understatement. We had a great time hanging around the fire pit, enjoying the nature surrounding the cabin. We even had a momma doe and her twins come down the hill for a little bit. We also enjoyed our morning (when it wasn’t raining) on the deck overlooking the water. It would have been 100% perfect if only the rain would have held out! Lol we will be back!! Thank you for everything!

We had a great time staying in the country cabin for our honeymoon! 😍 it was perfect and close to everything!! We will definitely recommend Blane and Lacey’s properties!!

This was our second time staying at The Spring House and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Peaceful and scenic. The hosts are very responsive as well. We can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed here February of 2021 and said we’d come back in warmer weather. We decided to do a quick trip to Hardy and chose to stay again bc of how clean it was the first time. The location on the lake and the paddle boat was fun. The cabin was comfortable and clean which is extremely important with a toddler. We were satisfied and will return again.

Absolutely beautiful!! We had a very relaxing trip, it was quiet and peaceful. The view was beautiful from the deck and The hot tub was a very nice touch. Loved that we could bring our two dogs with us. They loved bird watching and all the squirrels. The yurt was so cute and clean. Melissa thought of everything and her hospitality was grand. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Cullen was awesome about communicating with me regarding recent rainfall that possibly could affect our stay. He was updating me to let me know if it was drying out and a week before our stay he advised that a dam release was scheduled and could cause the area to be very soggy. He contacted the dam authority to verify and made sure to update me once he did. I’m grateful we were still able to go and we enjoyed it so much. Despite all of the questionable weather issues he was extremely flexible in accommodating rescheduling if necessary. Definitely will be back

Everything was great. We needed a disconnect from the world and we got it. Hopefully we can do and explore more next time when we have time! Thanks again Nick!
