Heel mooi en ruim huis (gelijkvloers + 2 verdiepingen) in het centrum van Spa. De woning was heel proper en beddengoed + badhanddoeken waren aanwezig. Ook vlotte en makkelijke communicatie met de eigenares Anne. Dankjewel Anne voor het fijne verblijf in jouw mooi ingerichte huis!

Séjour très agréable. Maison parfaitement conforme à la description. Je recommande!

Both Jeanne and the house were great! Jeanne was super responsive and super helpful. The house could not be in a better location - it’s right in the middle of town. We had a great stay!

Je commencerai par saluer l'accueil chaleureux et sympathique de Muriel et par souligner sa flexibilité au niveau de la réservation jusqu'au jour précédent notre arrivée. Le gîte est situé certes en centre-ville mais un parking se trouve à proximité. Il en est de même pour les commerces et les nombreuses balades de la région. Le gîte est confortable et en cas de soucis, l'hôte pallie en prévention. Nous y avons passés un excellent passage de l'année 2022 à 2023. Nous vous recommandons ce gîte et son hôte.

Het huis is mooier dan op de foto’s! Veel groter dan we dachten en daarbij is er ook een hele fijne tuin. Het huis staat in een prachtige buurt en de locatie is super, een paar leuke restaurantjes aan het einde van de straat, de lekkerste bakker Peter Lemmens vlakbij en in 15 minuutjes wandelen ben je in het centrum van Maastricht. Badkamer aan de kleine kant en geen apart toilet, maar verder echt ontzettend veel ruimte.

Notre séjour chez Séverine était à la hauteur de nos espérances. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Plein de petites attentions sont mises en place pour que notre moment chez Séverine se passe le mieux possible. De plus, Séverine est très réactive lors de échanges par mail! Je vous le conseille vivement! Merci à vous Séverine.

Le logement de Philippe est idéalement situé et très bien équipé pour les familles avec de petits enfants. La communication avec Philippe a aussi été impeccable et c'est avec un grand plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Lovely house! Very cosy, three bedrooms in an up and coming area. Lot’s of toys which our daugther (4) and son (1) loved!

We kregen bij aankomst een vriendelijk onthaal van Cristel en hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad. De kamer was schoon en hebben het als een rustige omgeving ervaren. Er zat een bakker met lekkere broodjes om de hoek. De ligging is gunstig aangezien je de stad gemakkelijk lopend kan bereiken.

Perfectly appointed house, really lovely. A little bit of road noise but not too bad. Two things to improve: - The stairs are super dangerous. Please, please add something non-slip to the steps and add a handrail at the top! - Curtains that block out the light would be good. Wasn't too much of a problem but any further into the middle of the year when it's light and it would have bothered my sleep.

We loved this house! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. The location was perfect-right in one of the cutest Maastricht neighborhoods!We walked everywhere-to great shopping, restaurants, clubs and parks. Every morning, we would wake up and stroll along the river to try different cafes. The hosts were incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Sophie’s place for three nights and it was perfect for our family with two small children (22 months and 3.5yo). The travel cot was set up, there was children’s crockery, a stair gate and toys. Plenty of space for us with all our stuff that comes with small children. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. Area is lovely with things to see at walking distance. For small children, walking along the river and trying to spot fish was an activity in itself. A few pubs around, restaurants and a great bakery that’s open Fri-Sun. Delicious! We hope to be back again and recommend this place to anyone.

J'ai passé une très bonne nuit chez Rosiane. Chambre et salle de bain très propres, petite attention à l'arrivée (chocolats et bouteilles d'eau), terrasse avec vue sur la Sambre, entrée avec digicode très pratique, literie confortable.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern Beschrieben. Ich weiß nicht ob es beschrieben ist, aber das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer vom ersten Schlafzimmer und dem gemeinsam genutzten Badezimmer. Uns als Familie hat es nicht gestört und wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht.

Our stay at Maarten and Petra’s place was great! The house is very comfortable and well equipped which really made our holiday very relaxing despite our bad luck with the weather.. They provided a lot of things for our two year old son which made packing way easier and he really enjoyed playing with the different toys and games! We did some nice walks in the area and enjoyed some other recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Le logement de Florence est parfait, les chambres spacieuses et dignes d'un hôtel, le jardin très grand, avec la rivière qui passe à côté, dépaysement garanti ! Florence est très réactive et sympathique.

J'ai été très chaleureusement reçu par Aurélie qui a toujours été réactive à mes demandes et bien plus. Elle est d'une gentillesse remarquable. Son logement et super bien aménagé, jolie décoration. Son jardin est une véritable oasis de réconfort.

Best location possible. Entry was super easy which was perfect for a late arrival. House was warm and cozy on arrival, welcoming after a cold travel day. Rooms were immaculate and amenities were perfect. Owner was extremely responsive. We loved the location for proximity to all the local sights and it was on a quiet side street. Free public parking was only a 7 minute walk with luggage, closer paid parking 2 minute walk. If we go back we would absolutely stay here. Loved the local guides in several languages.
