We spent two beautiful days in Leuven and felt very comfortable in the pretty apartment. It was exactly as we imagined it and we didn't miss anything. Thank you!

This is a cozy villa on the edge of the spa town with a very elegant garden where squirrels come in in the morning for food.The hiking trail entrance from the spa is 100m away and you can climb the mountain at your leisure in the morning.There is also a big supermarket next to it, which is very convenient.Ten minutes walk to the center of the spa.

The house is more beautiful than in the photos! Much bigger than we thought and there is also a very nice garden. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and the location is great, a few nice restaurants at the end of the street, the tastiest bakery Peter Lemmens nearby and in a 15-minute walk you are in the center of Maastricht. Bathroom on the small side and no separate toilet, but otherwise really a lot of space.

Our stay at Séverine's was up to our expectations. We were hosted very well. Full of small touches are put in place so that our moment at Séverine's goes as well as possible. In addition, Séverine is very responsive when communicating by email! I highly recommend it! Thank you, Séverine.

Lovely house! Very cosy, three bedrooms in an up and coming area. Lot’s of toys which our daugther (4) and son (1) loved!

We received a friendly welcome from Cristel upon arrival and had a very nice stay. The room was clean and experienced it as a quiet environment. There was a bakery with delicious sandwiches around the corner. The location is convenient as you can easily reach the city on foot.

Perfectly appointed house, really lovely. A little bit of road noise but not too bad. Two things to improve: - The stairs are super dangerous. Please, please add something non-slip to the steps and add a handrail at the top! - Curtains that block out the light would be good. Wasn't too much of a problem but any further into the middle of the year when it's light and it would have bothered my sleep.

Very nice small studio. Well equipped! The bathroom is very large!

We loved this house! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. The location was perfect-right in one of the cutest Maastricht neighborhoods!We walked everywhere-to great shopping, restaurants, clubs and parks. Every morning, we would wake up and stroll along the river to try different cafes. The hosts were incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Sophie’s place for three nights and it was perfect for our family with two small children (22 months and 3.5yo). The travel cot was set up, there was children’s crockery, a stair gate and toys. Plenty of space for us with all our stuff that comes with small children. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. Area is lovely with things to see at walking distance. For small children, walking along the river and trying to spot fish was an activity in itself. A few pubs around, restaurants and a great bakery that’s open Fri-Sun. Delicious! We hope to be back again and recommend this place to anyone.

Location is perfect. The house is as described in the pictures. I don't know if it's described, but the second bedroom is a walk-through room from the first bedroom and shared bathroom. It didn't bother us as a family and we had a lovely time.

Our stay at Maarten and Petra’s place was great! The house is very comfortable and well equipped which really made our holiday very relaxing despite our bad luck with the weather.. They provided a lot of things for our two year old son which made packing way easier and he really enjoyed playing with the different toys and games! We did some nice walks in the area and enjoyed some other recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Best location possible. Entry was super easy which was perfect for a late arrival. House was warm and cozy on arrival, welcoming after a cold travel day. Rooms were immaculate and amenities were perfect. Owner was extremely responsive. We loved the location for proximity to all the local sights and it was on a quiet side street. Free public parking was only a 7 minute walk with luggage, closer paid parking 2 minute walk. If we go back we would absolutely stay here. Loved the local guides in several languages.

We spent a weekend in the JB house with my fiancé, we had a very good time, the place is clean and welcoming, in terms of comfort, the house provides you with all the amenities to feel as comfortable as possible. Note 10, we will definitely come back ! 😊

A friendly cottage with spacious and pleasant rooms, well-equipped, quiet but well-located, facing the banks of the Meuse, in the heart of Monthermé. For my part, I'll be back!

Dorus was an amazing host, making sure we were going to arrive well and protectively made instructional videos, and left an amazing warm welcome package! He even didn't intend on opening his place up but changed is mind just to make our holidays and allow us a beautiful stay in Maastricht. Finally, he gave us recommendations for things to visit around, which we heeded, and did not regret. Dorus knows his stuff!
