We had a lovely stay. It’s a very cozy house, nice kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. Perfect for a little quiet getaway!

We stayed 8 nights in the outbuilding of the beautiful Xhierfomont castle. It is a beautiful property, nicely renovated respecting the original details. It was spacious and cozy. The welcome was warm with a lot of information about the area. Everything is available for a great stay. It's lovely and quiet, and there's everything to do in the area. The last few days it was a bit colder and we could use the wood stove. Very comfortable. However, the bed is quite disappointing, both in terms of comfort and appearance compared to the rest of the stay. Here, a relatively small investment can make a great contribution to the overall experience. In addition, we recommend providing the windows with screens to keep the mosquitos out. Furthermore, we enjoyed the property, the surrounding area and the always cheerful Laika, the dog who never barks, and even melts the heart of a non dog lover.

Recommended! Very nice stay, everything you need. You're even short of eyes. Beautiful domain, unfortunately just a little too cold for swimming. We will most definitely come back! Super friendly host and hostess! The dogs are also great.

The stay was partly vacation, partly due to family reasons. The place feels like a little oasis of peace. You live right on the center of the city of Aachen, but have a place in the middle of the countryside. It is pleasantly quiet after you enter the house. The village of Vaals is a beautiful small village, which you also like to explore on foot. The warm atmosphere due to the wooden beams in the stone network of the guest house is not seen in the photos, also not the matching furnishings. Most importantly, however, is the pleasant friendly contact with the family. You can quickly ask a question about any issues and get an answer. But also just enjoy your peace in the garden if you are exhausted after experiences of local attractions. My children traveling with them wanted to continue their vacation.

Awesome setting. Surprising even for those who already know this city. We all really enjoyed it.

Our stay was great! The short communication on arrival was difficult due to the language barrier but we felt very welcome. Just need to look for the lockbox behind the door. The cottage is small but equipped with every comfort. Nice neat bathroom, good bed, equipped kitchen. Media was also top, everything present, Netflix, Disney Channel,... The weather was also good so you can have breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Jacuzzi large and cared for in a neat garden. Small downside, because the space is so small, is missing a full dining table with chairs. This is resolved by a folding table with stools. Cottage du Lac is recommended if you want to explore Spa and surroundings!!

Nanou and Nicolas were home on arrival and welcomed us very warmly. They had provided some things for us which was very thoughtful (coal for BBQ, some things in the fridge, etc.) The house itself was cozy, tidy, and clean. We had a little less weather that week, but during the sunny days, the garden is wonderful to be. Nanou and Nicolas grow herbs and vegetables themselves. It was nice that we could eat these herbs while cooking, on the BBQ, etc. The pool is quite large and clean. Communication with Nanou was very punctual. Both people were traveling but a message or a question was always provided with an answer! We definitely recommend a stay there!

Wonderfully quiet place, perfect base for the area, cottage is dated but everything does and everything you need is there so it does have its charm I found, garden very pleasant with evening sun, definitely recommended!

Great place to stay for a weekend away. Enough space for two people. We especially enjoyed the sauna. Sandra is a great host - very friendly.

Wonderful place in Bruisterbosch. Modern and hip furnishings, clean apartment and in the middle of beautiful hiking and cycling routes. We felt right at home. Parking right outside the door. Siets responded quickly and kindly, worth repeating!

4 Linden is like an oasis in the desert. What a love Andreas has put in this beautiful place over the years! Not only the cottage itself, but the entire property is designed with passion and attention to detail. An inspiring stay for anyone who likes to leave the world more beautiful than they find it. This is not the place for people who expect a spik and span hotel experience, but will you be happy with unpretentious beauty, an informal homely atmosphere and welcoming people with the heart in the right place? This place is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy nature. The location is perfect for hiking, offering peace and calmness all around. The house itself is spacious and well-maintained, with a really cool cellar full of activities to keep everyone entertained. The space is beautiful, just like in the pictures. It is the perfect place to relax and wind down. Supermarkets are close by in neighbouring villages and you can do some nice hikes starting from the village. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful mini vacation with the family in Maastricht, and we were very happy to relax in the garden after a day in the city. We received a warm welcome at a top-notch family house.

Staying with Jacky means choosing for tranquility in the heart of nature. Beautiful place located between the trees where you can relax in a real hot tub or rest on the sunbeds, everything inside and in full privacy between couples. Jacky is a real host, friendly, responsive and above all very clear in the explanations. Great!

We were warmly welcomed by Natasha's daughter. The cottage is beautifully decorated! The great bright natural stone floor contributed to the coziness, and the tiles made of natural stone in the bathrooms were also extremely tasteful. The furniture all stylish and perfectly selected and on one ... the bedrooms each with their own bathrooms were cozy under the sloping roof. There was nothing missing in the kitchen and the garden area was wonderful with various seating options. Everything was just perfect! Natasha is a warm, helpful and friendly host. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Le Fichenet! The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need! The beds are comfortable and the shower is very nice. The area is quiet and a bit uneventful, but the house was a welcoming home for us.

Very kindly received and received clear instructions and tips. Nice shower with pouring jet and hot water. Excellent breakfast available. There is a double bed and a large sofa bed. In the village there are two restaurants. We went to the church, was wonderful and not too expensive. You can come to your accommodation in the back and therefore outside to disturb the host and hostess.

Very pleasant stay for 2 people. Everything you may need is present, even more than that. Sparkling clean and plenty of privacy in a nice and luxurious space with private access. Victoire is really friendly and helpful.
