Exeter Airport is within a ten minute drive, Exeter town is half an hour away, and the coast of Sidmouth is only a 15 minute drive. The apartment is well presented with an open plan kitchen arrangement with the sitting room. There is a smart TV with Netflix in the sitting room and in stairs lead to both bedrooms (both with TV's) and a shower room on the second floor.

The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! There's an extra put you up single bed available if you need it. Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located annex in historic Ottery St Mary. Bedroom ,sitting room, shower room and kitchen. Within easy reach of several beautiful coastal towns but not too far from the City of Exeter. Country walks are just on the doorstep as well as many traditional pubs and local attractions. The Annex has one parking space.
