Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

The accommodation is very warm and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake from the living room. Nearby parking made it much easier to get around. The location is also excellent to be able to access the different major cities of the Lake via the ferry. You can access the nearest pier in just a 20-minute walk from the property. Luisa and Caterina were very warm hosts, responsive and good advice. We had a lovely stay and recommend this place with our eyes closed.

We spent four wonderful days for two in this charming apartment right on the harbor of Sala Comacina at the beginning of April. Arriving by car was easy – a secure, lockable garage is only a few minutes' walk away. There we were warmly welcomed by Anna and accompanied directly to the accommodation. The apartment itself is lovingly furnished and consists of a cozy bedroom and a kitchen-living room on the upper floor, which is accessed by a somewhat steep staircase. The highlight is undoubtedly the balcony with a fantastic view over Lake Como – the day can be perfectly started or ended here. Sala Comacina is a quiet, picturesque place – ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots. Directly from the place you can take wonderful hikes on the Greenway del Lago di Como. In addition, there are excursions by bus or boat to Como and the impressive Villa del Balbianell

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment, in walking distance to the lake. Super clean and great spot to enjoy the stunning scenery. Possible to walk to places, we tried to avoid the road because it’s quite busy and no space for pedestrians. Thanks for a lovely stay.
