Monthly Rentals in Oshakan

Our stay was excellent — we felt like we were at home with family. Everything is brand new and fresh, and the owners are so warm and hospitable that we didn’t want to leave. It was truly a great stay, one of the best we’ve had in Armenia. The house has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the mountains and the city — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The area is peaceful and quiet, but just a 10–15 minute walk brings you to a large supermarket (Yerevan City) and a very affordable restaurant (Vega) — our personal favorite, though there are other good options nearby as well. It's also worth mentioning that there was one day when the area had no water due to an incident, but the owners provided us with stored water and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Zove and Karin took me by surprise. The amount of warmth, hospitality and the village experience away from the hustle and bustle made our trip memorable. Karin and her family made us feel at home. As we head back, we will forever cherish the stay and the company.

Ideal for those who need peace and serenity. The only thing you have to keep in mind until Yerevan is min. 30 minutes by car. Otherwise, a great accommodation! Very clean, large, BBQ, great garden, pool and and and. Everything you need. A true paradise! We felt very cozy with Karen. A huge thank you to the host: always very kind and extremely helpful.
