Vacation rentals in Aragatsotn Province

Great place to stay! The apartment is very bright and cozy, has everything you need for your stay. There was also very good internet, which is important for people who work from home. The host was polite and helpful, always responsive and helpful if we asked. There was a large supermarket near the house, and in general the apartment is not very far from the center, we walked in 20-25 minutes. I would sincerely recommend this place ☺️

We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

We chose the apartment for a large family gathering. There were 6 adults and a child and the apartment was perfect for us. Just like on the photo. Three large bedrooms and a common area. We could spend time together comfortably and relax. We often ate at home, everything is prepared for this. The house also has a delicious sushi restaurant, coffee shop, shops. Very cozy and well-maintained courtyard, with playgrounds and security, the child played football with local children. We took a taxi to the center. They are very inexpensive in Yerevan. Mount Ararat is visible from the terrace. Everything was well organized with the host, all agreements were respected. All relatives and child and grandmother/grandfather are very happy! Recommended!

great place for a long staying

Zove and Karin took me by surprise. The amount of warmth, hospitality and the village experience away from the hustle and bustle made our trip memorable. Karin and her family made us feel at home. As we head back, we will forever cherish the stay and the company.
