Rob was open about the store close to the place. There was some noise, but not too bad. We had a couple of questions that he was quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again!

This place was a gem. The location was great, the pool was wonderful, and the house was as described. There were extra touches that really went above and beyond—all the amenities, the multiple options of coffee machines, the numerous bath and beach towels—everything was so well thought out for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for families looking for a nice stay in Vero Beach.

It was a pleasure staying at Roz’s cottage. Roz is a great host, quick to respond and pleasant in all our communications. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and very walkable. We are thankful to have found this cute, pet friendly lodging in a great location near Vero Beach.

This was our first Airbnb stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Ben was an incredible host—very responsive to all of our questions and professional throughout. He even checked in to make sure everything was perfect, which we really appreciated. The location is unbeatable, offering plenty of privacy with a stunning backyard where the waterways come right up to the property. We were able to catch a mangrove snapper and a catfish right off the private dock—this house is a dream for any fishing enthusiast, with some of Florida’s best fishing right at your doorstep. For those in our group who weren’t into fishing, the heated pool and breathtaking views made for the perfect way to relax. The house itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and can’t wait to come back!
