It's a very nice apartment on the inside. The decor is beautiful. The apartment is clean. The stay was very peaceful and pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet. We booked for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We were visiting our daughter and wanted our space. Will book again if we visit!

Great place, near everything you need. The only problem was it was on the 3rd floor and I have kids so it was a nightmare. Toddlers walk hard and jump a lot so it wasn’t the perfect location for me and my situation because we disturbed the neighbors downstairs who I’m sure wasn’t use to that as this was a luxury apartments. However, if it’s just you and a spouse, it’s PERFECT. The host was awesome and responsive. Their cleaners are on time and had the place spotless. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood, agree with others that the area is a bit run down, but looks like they are trying to revitalize homes in the area and bring it back to life. We felt very safe and enjoyed the privacy. There is a train track nearby that you can hear. Latest we heard it was 11 and the earliest was a little before 5am. Didn’t seem to come through often. Wasn’t annoying, but worth mentioning just so you know if you are considering staying and that’s important to you. Again, thank you for opening up your property for guests to come and stay. The home was clean and well presented.

We’ve enjoyed being there for the past couple of days that we were there, it was very quiet and spacious and we appreciate Abigail for letting us stay there.

Dean’s place was incredibly welcoming and comfortable. They thought of multiple needs ahead of time and made sure they were prepared for whatever we might need. Definitely worth staying there!

We had a great weekend at this lovely lake house. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the water and the view! Loved the property and all it had to offer. Curt was a great host, as well!

The location is off the beaten path but it was close to where my daughter lives in the Woodwind housing track. This property was spacious with good-sized rooms. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked for cooking and it was easy to work in that kitchen. Refrigerator and freezer were spacious. The laundry, bath-rooms all had signs, which sounds silly, but it made it easier to get oriented the first few days. We liked the property so much we started looking at similar properties in the tract.

This lovely new home has three separated bedrooms which would be great for traveling with large or extended family. My new college grad utilized the upper floor bedroom to video game (We dont travel light on long stays). The layout gave us both very large/comfortable separated bedrooms and our own bathrooms. It is private by design and would well accommodate three couples. Manhdin communicated with us and was always kind and helpful. We arrived during the big snow, and he was very flexible about check in times. When I opened the MBR blinds to see the snow our first morning, there was an amazing view of a little village of snow covered houses down below with the forest behind. It reminded me of ski trips we have taken and brought back very sweet memories. We extended our stay, and we have enjoyed every minute.

The place was lovely! It was perfect for a relaxing bachelorette weekend. The house is exactly as shown - everything was perfectly clean and organized. Renee is a very thoughtful host who provided all necessities (coffee, creamer, tea, toiletries, laundry pods, etc). Would definitely stay here again on future trips to Charleston!

Andre's home was a wonderful location. It fit all of our needs and had everything we needed as well. Andre' was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this home to my family and friends.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

The place was great and just as described. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great location and within walking distance to stores, colonial arena. Only think I would have loved was the shower to stay hot more than 10 minutes so one person does not have to take a cold shower. And if you are a light sleeper, be mindful there is very much train activity through the day and night near by. Other than the train no other loud noises from anyone. I would love to stay again when back in town. The space was very very comfortable.

Right across the bridge from several restaurants and activities. Great place for the price, and Joan was very responsive to questions.

Cannot say enough great things about our stay. We drove down from Asheville, NC because we needed a few days away from the trauma and devastation "Hurricane Helene" brought our beautiful mountains. We had been without power, water, gas and hot food for days. My daughter was caring for her precious father-in-law, in her home, who was in his last stages of life. We needed a break and a time to regroup. This was the place and Annette was our angel and guide. Home was beautiful, communication was super and we will always try to be here, when in Charleston, because of this kindness in a time of need. Thank you from the bottoms of our heart.

we were in town to visit family for Christmas and needed a place to stay with our dog and we're lucky to find Michaela's listing ! we loved the property and the location was perfect for us (about 20mins to my mom's house ). although other houses are next door, we felt like it was a very quiet and private setting. Michaela's responsiveness and pro activeness was top notch and much appreciated. next time we're in town, we'll be looking to book here first !

Wonderful location! Can easily walk to local boutique shops. Close to many great restaurants and campus. Very detailed check in instructions with pictures made out 2am arrival time a breeze

Shawn was responsive and answered any questions we had during our stay. He was also nice and hospitable. Overall, had a great experience and will stay again!
