You will have the entire basement of this charming stay where you can enjoy the view of Utah mountains in this peaceful home. This place is perfect if you need a place to crash for a couple nights, or if you need somewhere to settle in longer. You have your own entrance, personal parking, space to spread out and peaceful scenery. It's only 35 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport. You also have Blackridge Reservoir 12 minutes away for hiking, paddle boarding, or just laying out by a view.

Spacious King size bed in a large main bedroom with a private bathroom. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, hot coco, or water in the common living room. 1 mile away from a shopping district with Walmart, Target, restaurants, bars, Movie theater, Trampoline park, gym, Gelato, Crumble cookie, and more. A pickleball and tennis court are just around the corner. 20 min south of the SLC airport. A 35 min drive to 5 different ski resorts. There is a book in the common room for hiking trails nearby.

Garage Suite w/Private Entrance/No Cleaning Fees

Located within 2 miles of both the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre (previously USANA) and the Olympic Ice Oval, our suite comes with its own bathroom including shower, toilet, and deep sink. There is a 50 inch Roku TV, a queen sized dense foam mattress, and a couch that makes into a full bed. This is a room built in the back of our garage. Included are a mini fridge, a microwave, and an electric water kettle/hot beverages. Please do not book if you or anyone in your party smokes anything.

Relaxing 1 Queen Bed Private Room #2

We keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located home. This is a nice basement room with 1 Queen bed (plus air mattress), a walk-in closet with shelves, a mini-fridge, and a large desk (plenty of plug). We are a lively Christian family. We offer several private guest rooms. Each room has a key entry to their room for added security. All guests share a common bathroom. We do have a kind and curious cat. Join us for a comfortable stay! Check-in between 5pm and 10pm.

Cozy Country Suite

Cozy Country Suite is similar to a large motel room since the bed and seating are all in one room. Along with a coffee bar, mini fridge, and microwave. It is attached to the main house although we do not share a common wall so it is very quiet. There is a private patio and entrance. 5 min to Tooele City, 7 min to Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC), 32 minutes to Salt Lake City, 25 to Airport. Parking is in front in the circle driveway making a short walk to the entrance.

This is a private entry finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. A shared (with host only)patio, hot tub and laundry room. Enjoy the convenience of being close to multiple shops, stores and food in the heart of Herriman with quick access to Mountain View Village. Also close to numerous trails for walking, hiking, biking and running! No Smoking Allowed anywhere on the property! No Smokers as the residue still ends up in our home.
