It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

Very clean large basement (800sqft) suite with private entry and fenced in yard for dogs to roam. Quiet neighborhood with off street parking for one car, trailers and moving vans have adequate space on the street.
