Monthly Rentals in Northglenn

I can't say enough good things about both the home and the host. I stay in lots of AirBnB's and this one was topnotch. Tim has thought of everything, and the niceties of things like from air humidifiers and water filters made the stay really pleasant. The decor of the home is tasteful and there's actually room in the kitchen to store groceries! One of my pet peeves about AirBnB's is that they cram the kitchen full of unneeded stuff and there's no room for food. Tim's place offers enough essentials for a long term stay, but still room for your own pantry supplies. Internet is plenty fast enough for both me and my husband to work from home without issues. Tim communicated promptly for anything that came up during our 2 month stay. Kudos to his cleaning crew because the home is immaculate. The location is within walking distance to two grocery stores and the neighborhood is quiet. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Irina’s home was so lovely. It was perfect for my family. The added amenities for little ones was a favorite for my grandchildren and appreciated by the adults. From the little ball pit to the coloring pencils and books and car seats for us to use, these were pleasant surprises. The backyard and fish pond was a favorite as well, the adults relaxed while the kids ran around and played in the sand “box”. Thank you Irina and team, we’ve made some beautiful memories in your home.

House was very clean and in a great location. Neighborhood felt safe. Park was extremely close for the kids to play on. Check in instructions were easy to understand and accurate. I would stay here again.

We stayed for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Had easy access to downtown Denver, surrounding towns like Golden and Boulder and the Rockies. Hosts were super friendly and proactive while also allowing for our privacy. Would definitely stay here again!
