Vacation rentals with a patio in Northfield

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean and convenient. The kitchen had what we needed to host a family member for dinner. They had disposable toothbrushes in the bathrooms, which was a small gesture but a nice touch, as one of us had forgotten ours.

We had a fantastic stay in Minneapolis! The space was clean, cozy, and had such a warm, homey vibe — it immediately felt like a place to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept great. Our host, Andy, was incredibly accommodating and kind, especially with our late check-in, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. You can tell care was put into making this a welcoming space. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jesse and Kris were fantastic hosts, and their AirBnb was lovely. Very much appreciated how clean it was and uncluttered. Great chi and feng shui :) The space was fabulous— high quality design and appointments. The photos can’t capture that. Very much appreciated such an updated space and kitchen with many appliances. Great light, and awesome, thriving plants! Bathroom is small but super clean with nice retro tiling. Beds, very comfortable. Jesse and Kris answered all questions quickly. There wasn’t a can opener, and they bought and delivered one within minutes. This was the best AirBnb I’ve stayed in. Didn’t meet Jesse and Kris but felt like we knew them from messaging.

Great place! I love the mid-century modern touches throughout the house. It is a bright airy interior with big comfortable beds and a highly functional kitchen. I was here with my son and it was perfect for us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Very comfortable living room. Excellent communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home, very clean, liked that we could walk to the coffee shop and cafe. We did not walk to the downtown due to the steep hill, we took the car.

Katherine's place is good value for the space. There were 5 of us there for much of the stay and there was ample hangout, sleeping and work space. The neighborhood felt very safe. The home is pet friendly, which is to say it is a lived in and comfortable older home and not a brand new state of the art sparkling everything place. The Five stars are deserved on value and a responsive host interested in a positive guest experience. We would stay here again without hesitation

Clean and neat house in family neighborhood. Fenced in backyard which is nice because we had kids that wanted to play in snow. Easy drive to Mayo Clinic for appointments

great little house! in a beautiful neighborhood in south Minneapolis. description is clear, there are stairs to get in etc but fine at long d you know that's the case. house is small but good for a couple and dogs.

The host was responsive and welcoming to us and our four dogs. We had questions about parking and securely locking the door to the property behind us. She was quick to respond in both cases and our questions were answered. I would recommend this property to others. It was convenient to us as we visited family and friends Minneapolis.

The Aviary is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. Jennifer was a wonderful host, The Aviary came equipped with everything my partner and I needed for our stay, the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, and there is a wonderful selection of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The building is nice and secure. Walking distance to a lot of different restaurants in the neighborhood, and all of the basics you'll need. In unit washer and dryer was nice. Everything was new and fresh in the apartment. Balcony for fresh air. Parking can be tricky. It's first come, first serve street parking. If you try to park after 8, you could have to walk a block or so. Description of the unit says there is on-site parking for a premium. It's not accurate. Overall, it was a great deal for a nice unit in a new, secure building.

had a little bit of trouble getting in building but host was responsive. host made sure to check in and made sure we had a nice stay. place is walkable to alot of the restaurants nearby. place was nice and clean!

I brought my son and his friends to a concert this past weekend, and Jason’s place was perfect for us. He was so friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will certainly be a regular moving forward. Thank you for making this weekend even more memorable! We HIGHLY recommend!

Easy check in, plenty of on street parking, a lot of local places within walkable distances. Quieter than I expected, especially being street level. Comfortable all around.

Unit was cozy and warm, and had everything we needed. Located one turn from the interstate between both Mayo campuses with off street parking. Rita and Qamar are very responsive hosts. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice alternative to a hotel in Rochester.

Had a last minute appointment for the Mayo and luckily Jeanne's place was available to rent. We immediately cancelled our reservation at on of the Mayo hotels and reserved for the cedar loft. This was my first time using Airbnb and we had such an amazing trip. Jeanne was so helpful with all my questions. The loft was so peaceful and private. It was bigger then we originally thought. So clean ans comfy. There is a huge deck and so many windows to open for fresh air. We slept so well. It's perfect for a family as there is a crib right next to the master bedroom. There are two very comfortable recliners for those who sleep sitting upright. Cold water and ice was available in the fridgefreezer. A Keurig with everything you could need to make a coffee. I can not wait to come back in a few weeks!! We had a lovely conversation with Jeanne and Steve and when we arrived late at night we were greeted by Benny their cat.
