Brandon Greg's place is an older style house, which is really spacious and warm. bedrooms, lounge and deck are huge. kitchen is great, and we cooked a few meals. the master bedroom is big enough for its own lounge, with 2 comfortable single chairs and a fold out couch-bed. Well suited our family of 4.

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at Joanna’s place. The location is peaceful and relaxing, yet still an easy drive into the city centre. The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, clearly well cared for. It’s definitely a home we’d love to return to next time we’re in Dunedin.

This is always a great place to stay in Dunedin. Perry is a great host and always responds promptly. This is our 4th time staying here.

This is a lovely older Bach but renovated and beautifully decorated. Small but a good use of space throughout. Before going I read a review that the house was cold and only had a small portable heater and that the wall heater wasn't working. I packed my own small spare heater just in case but we never got it out of the car. The wall heater was working and had been left on for us when we arrived late on a cold night. We were really grateful and the house was nice and warm. The walk down along the beach each day to the boulders with our dog was a highlight.

Charming, rural cottage with lovely, relaxing garden and Karitane’s beaches within walking distance. The General Store is close by for coffee, meals or groceries. The holiday house is full of colourful art and very comfortable.

A most suitable home for our family of 10 with a large outdoor table for dinner in fine weather and similarly big indoor dining table when it rained. The private beach access takes about 2 minutes to tidal mudflats, and great vantage point for viewing sunsets. This home a good base for exploring the coast road. Its a few minutes walk or very short drive to Warrington's main beach where children enjoyed riding the waves on boogie boards. Thank you very much Lynley. We all enjoyed staying at your home.

I really appreciated the host putting so much love and attention into the house. It really was perfect! After traveling the whole world, this is by far one the most beautiful beaches I have seen. You can see the sea lions from the bedroom window and on a short walk I saw a penguin. While there are little houses next to the property, the neighbors are seldom there. I stayed for a month and saw people maybe two or three times. The rest of the time it felt extremely private. The house is about 25min drive on an unpaved road from Milton. A super tiny town. So if you want to get away, this is the place. What a hidden gem! Super recommended.

Awesome private space with plenty of room and everything you could need. I stayed for two weeks while on a course in Dunedin. It was ideal for me and Nadia was kinda enough to let my wife and dogs come visit me for a few of the days. Highly recommend

What an amazing space we got to inhabit this past week. I was chasing something uniquely isolated so I could turn off and yet close enough to amenity to enjoy our surrounds - and this had it in droves! To wake each morning to stunning views over the Pacific coastline was such a gift, whilst less than 30mins from Dunedin made this the perfect location. The accommodation is homely and snug, and being a farmstay, you share this with resident chickens and horses (oh, and our hosts of course). Just a note that the laundry remains attached to the homestead so is just a short walk from the AirBnB itself.

Angela is the sweetest and kindest host - weekly fresh flowers from the garden💐, driving me around Dunedin when I was still so fresh and confused here, even turning on the porch lights and heating before I returned at a freezing night. The house is also the cutest and cosiest place to stay in! It got everything I will ever need, and Angela is always so eager to share extra equipment with me. Thank you so much for hosting me with such warmth and love, and making me feel just at home in a foreign country! Dear future guests please keep the place neat and tidy to give Angela less work and more rest. :)

Such a beautiful place to stay. We watch the sunrise from our bed, swam in the sea and walked the beautiful beach. The kids had a ball and our dog fell in lovely with beach life

What a fantastic place to stay, especially if you are riding the Clutha Gold Trail. It's right on the route. Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious. Bridget went out of her way to help us. Organizing a pre cooked dinner, as we were biking with little place to carry this from Lawrence. I would definitively recommend a stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay was a nice location to coffee shops. House was clean and tidy and hosts were great communicating. Would stay here again.

The room is clean and comfortable, the mattress is of good quality in Airbnb, and I slept very comfortably.The candy prepared by the owner is very good

Lovely spacious house perfect for large groups. Beautiful surroundings and everything you need provided. The managers of the house are lovely but did feel we were rushed out when they came in unannounced at 10am when check out was at 11am. Other than that we had a lovely time and really enjoyed how beautiful the gardens and character of the house

We had the most amazing time here, this place was above and beyond what we expected and is by far the best air bnb we have stayed at. From the friendly hospitality to the complementary breakfast, we were blown away by this Air bnb. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Jason went out of his way to make our stay special. Perfect for a large family group who love to stay together but aren't squashed in. Coffee machine is fantastic and the view is a time waster. House was warm and inviting. Would definitely stay again.

The space is huge, it's unbelievable and with everything you would need catered for. The kitchen, large and impressive, the lounge so big but with a large log burner for those cold winter night and the beds large, warm and comfy. The icing on the cake though is definitely Alvin himself. Went out of his way to help, even offered to pick us up from the other side of a very large hill and an engaging raconteur to boot. First class, will surely visit again and stay longer next time.
