Andrea’s place was clean, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped, there wasn’t anything we couldn’t find! The house was lovely and warm, two bathrooms were great for privacy and comfort. Would definitely stay again, thanks Andrea and Charlie :)

We stayed for nearly 2 months and it was absolutely incredible. The space is so comfortable, beautiful decor, spacious backyard and deck, fully equipped kitchen, and you can see the waves come in from your window. 20-25 min drive into the center of Dunedin but feels like your own little paradise. Janet was so accommodating as well, whenever we had a question or request she'd be right there to help. We would recommend to absolutely anyone.

We had a great stay. The house is lovely and the views are awesome. We were lucky as the aurora put on a show for us too. The tavern was a short walk away and the food and atmosphere was great. Would definitely return 🙂
