Perfect spot for a snowboard trip! 12 minutes to snowbasin! Comfy beds and couch with everything you need. If my group and I ever make the trip to snowbasin again, we will definitely be booking this spot again! Brad and Brit were super responsive and helpful too. We had an issue with the washing machine and they were able to get a tech out to fix it the next day!

Fantastic stay that was perfect for a ski getaway to Solitude for our family of 4. Location was incredible, walk to slopes, restaurants and corner store, rental shop, etc…never had to drive any where! Condo was exactly as described and was stocked with anything you could possibly need. We usually ski Colorado but are sold on Utah now!

The dome isn’t just a place to rest your head, it’s a full experience! Will be a wonderful memory for years to come.

Comfortable and affordable place. The seller for this place is the view. You can see the mountains and the lake all off the back deck. Because of that, it would be nice to have a bit more comfortable deck furniture. There is a small metal table and the hot tub. We enjoyed the hot tub at sunset with a cold beverage. It was a great way to end the day of hiking and outdoor activities. The place was clean and maintained, although we tried to open the windows and sliding glass door to get the breeze and there is no screen in the screen door. The home and furniture are a bit dated and worn, but comfortable. The kitchen has salt and pepper and some coffee, but any other kitchen staples like oil will need to be purchased. Soap and laundry necessities are provided. The hosts provided lots of information about the area and the house. Exit instructions were clear and I didn’t mind tidying the house; however, with a $139 cleaning fee I don’t think guests should be expected to strip the sheets.

If you are going to ski Solitude or Brighton, stay here. It is a joy just to be in these sunlit rooms. From the windows you can see a ski lift dropping off skiers on a Solitude ski trail. Put your boots on in the room and walk to skiing. Afterword you can take a soak in the hot tubs that are right next door. Bring your groceries from Salt Lake City (no supermarkets up here) and you can prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with the fireplace nearby. If any problems arise, Ben takes care of them quickly with rapid communication. And by the way, check-in is a breeze. You may not think about this, but having your car parked in a heated garage makes winter travel a lot easier too. Loved my stay.

The home was lovely, just perfect for the needs of our family all coming together for a wedding. Lots of amenities with a well stocked kitchen. And pretty last minute we asked for an early arrival for some of our family who had driven through the night and desperately needed a place to nap when they rolled into town. Not a problem! We were given the home 2 hours early. Toys for the kids, but not too many to make it difficult for them to clean up.

We loved our stay at this home! It was very clean and spacious! At one point the sink disposal stopped working but Allie and Sam were quick to respond to all of our message and tried to help get it fixed. When the problem could not be fixed via text message they were quick to send someone over to fix it. We are super happy with our experience staying here and would love to return!

Every detail was thought out for our stay! Beautifully decorated and cozy at the same time! We all thought, every need was here at the house and we were beyond amazed! Even had a high chair that we used and a crib! Gorgeous views

This is a great place for us as our son lives a short distance away. Although it is small, it is done very well. There was enough space for 3 of us. The back yard was awesome with a koi pond, waterfalls, landscaping & just a very peaceful place for a glass of wine in the evening. The host couple were delightful. We would definitely stay there again.

Trinette’s place is awesome. Beautiful views perfect for our visits to the area. This is second time we stayed there and will continue to do so on our recurring trips.

This was an ideal family Memorial weekend get-a-way. The pool far exceeded expectations and was the top amenity we enjoyed. We held a family pickle ball tournament. We enjoyed all the bird sightings/activity staying so close to Deer Creek Reservoir. We cooked, grilled, and celebrated 2 birthdays. There is so much to do at the house that you don’t really need to go anywhere else. We did go off site to fish the lake and the river. We also visited Cascade Springs and attended church. It was convenient to run to the store when needed. We used the pool house and the 2 air mattresses to sleep our party of 16. The beautiful location and many amenities at the house made this one of our favorite vacation rentals!

I was extremely glad that it was Stacy handling our stay this year! She was our prop mgr 2yrs ago & this year I signed on a different prop, only to be VERY pleased & assured to learn she was this year’s prop mgr as well! BIG Plus!’

Were able to book late and last minute. Amazing price vs quality. Felt right at home. Super comfy to wash, shower and sleep in a bed after visiting the national parks while camping

The house was beautiful and comfortably accommodated our three families. It was abundantly stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more convenient. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home was close to the lake and just a short drive from the baseball fields, shopping centers, a movie theater, and Topgolf. The hosts were pleasant and accommodating whenever we needed assistance. The only downside was the limited parking in the area, but it was manageable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning customers!

Michael's place is a great location for winter or summer - close to ski areas and great hiking! We stayed in summer and the weather was beautiful. The space was well set up and had plenty of space for many people. Someone did write a note in the guest book about tipping cleaners - the cleaners do not come daily and only at the end of the stay, so that cost is built in to the cleaning cost for the AirBnB. The hot tub is nice and we were able to use it morning and night when the space was cool enough (probably perfect for winter)! The air conditioning worked very well in the basement, and a little less well in the upper rooms. The view is gorgeous and it's easy to walk to the plaza nearby with a grocery store, restaurants, and other shops. Overall an amazing value for a great space, plenty of parking, and plenty of room!

The only thing that bothered us to cripples was there was no railing on the downstairs steps and I had broken my hip so I had to have my son help me up and down and my brother can’t see so he couldn’t do the stairs anyway other than that it was great thank you Taylorand Emmanuel

Jamie's place was very inviting and comfortable. We really appreciated the King beds, comfy couch, and well-stocked kitchen. The property is very pretty and conveniently located. Jamie was a great host and I would highly recommend her place for your home away from home.

Very nice basement space. Quiet and comfortable. Neighborhood very nice. Relatively close to shopping . Highly recommend and would stay again if in the area.

This was our second time staying here and we will definitely do it again. The surroundings are beautiful and the place had all the amenities to be comfortable and have a lovely weekend. Lots of windows with lots of light and fresh air.

We were very pleased with our stay. We were selling our home in Utah and buying a new one out of state and needed a place to stay during the transition. Tom and Summer were very helpful and extended our stay to accommodate our uncertain timeline, which provided us peace of mind during stressful time. The home had everything we needed for several weeks. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the yard was perfect for our small dogs. The location and view of the mountains can’t be beat. Thank you!
