10/10 *Host was super responsive to inquiries. *Cleanliness is tops for me and this was immaculate. *Location is about 20 minutes from a town so close enough to get the essentials but generally secluded cost line with semi-private kilometre long beach. *200 meter walk to a small local fish shanty with live music, cold local beer and freshly cooked fish. *everything labelled so you know where every utensil and appliance is stored. You'll appreciate that when you are there. *clothes line if that is your style. *in brief: a semi-secluded cliff-top escape with beach access and a nice fire pit. Star gazing galore. *Book it. you'll love it.

Great place to stay! Lots of privacy, beautiful on the inside. Kitchen had all the things you need to cook. Overall had a great weekend with our friends!

I spent a week with my 3 daughters at Julia and Austin's place. It was cozy and peaceful. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed relaxing on the main floor on our down time. The closest store had everything we needed and was about a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed touring the east side of the island, Bothwell beach is less than 10 minutes away, and the East Point Lighthouse and Elmira train station is a short drive as well. We enjoyed sitting by the fire for a number of evenings. Everything was better than I expected. 10/10. Would highly recommend !

Ultimate solitude. Sarah is a great host and the cabin is absolutely beautiful. 10/10 experience.
