we've stayed at many amazing airbnb's around the world and this one tops list. the property is so special. it's private, lush and tropical. with so many cute spots to hang out and have breakfast or a beer, or a game of cards or a dip in the beautiful pool. Mango the donkey is a huge highlight. Such a sweet girl who we already miss dearly. Their rescue dogs are such good girls too. Especially Luna and Mouse. They helped fill the void of our dogs we missed back home. Gaby was outside every morning taking such great care of the property. it's spotless clean, inside and out. rachel was so helpful. we would absolutely love to stay here again. the Island itself is so special. it's for those looking to explore off the beaten path who enjoy quite sunsets, and beautiful quite beaches without the need for smoke and mirrors of fancy restaurants and dressy nights out. Definitely recommend going to Parrot ice for icecream ( all made fresh and homemade), and my Dee's on Friday night for the BBQ.

We had a great. The hosts are on top of it with great hospitality and attention to small details. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home! The location is very close to Grace Bay and have a lot of parking spaces! Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had an absolutely wonderful time and it felt like we were visiting family. The place is even nicer than the pictures. It was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower after a full day at the beach was heavenly. There was always plenty of hot water and the pressure was good. The outside area was beautiful and sitting by the canal early in the morning was so peaceful. There are fish and sea turtles to watch, birds chirping and a beautiful covered area with nice cushioned furniture and a grill to use. The pool is nice and has a fountain with to listen to that added to the ambiance with the beautiful lighting at night. We had fun using the kayak and going down the canal to admire all of the other beautiful sites and watch even more sea turtles swimming along side of us. The main reason we decided to stay here was because of the reviews and it did not disappoint! We will definitely be back for another visit!

Anya place was just as described. Her home was fully stocked. We felt at home we washed the towels for her prior to leaving. The place was spacious enough for the 3 of us, we rented a car at Anya suggestion and it worked out great. The road surrounding the home could use some TLC but certainly not a deal breaker. It was conveniently located yo downtown shopping and restaurants. E we were so happy we found this little gem. Place was clean, quiet and convenient! You won’t be sorry book this location. I will be back next year and will rebook

We were very impressed with Oscar’s responsiveness. He had great recommendations on activities. His place was very clean, the kitchen had some basic essentials (coffee, sugar, seasonings) that we really appreciated. Very clean, great linens and a comfy bed. The view from the balcony was fabulous. I don’t have one negative about this place or working with Oscar.

We really loved the pristine condo and location. He even had brand new beach chairs and umbrella, in addition to a cooler for the beach. Lots of soft towels. 5minute walk to the gorgeous beach!

Rachel’s Beautiful Sunset Villa was even better than expected. Nice inside the villa but the outdoor space was stunning! We enjoyed breakfast by the pool, several daytime dips and then watching the gorgeous sunsets from in the pool made our holiday even more special. The villa is an easy drive from the beautiful Taylor’s Bay beach and close to several great restaurants. We will rent this villa again! Thank you, Rachel!

Adriano was amazing to say the least. He was so kind and always very accommodating. His cat cleo even came to greet us and she was just as amazing. He was so responsive, and very detailed with any suggestions he had. Everywhere he suggested I should visit was great! Overall I loved his energy and how welcoming he made us feel. I will definitely be coming back to stay here not only for the vibe of his space but the big hearted energy he had made for a very relaxing stay.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place. The condo was perfect for us, over looking the pool and in the best location on Grace Bay. Multiple restaurants, shops and beach all within a very short walk. The condo was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed, including floaties, beach chairs / towels, and activities for our kids, which was so thoughtful. We really appreciated Mike’s kindness and hospitality. The screened in patio was so pleasant and very spacious. We found the Murphy bed to be quite comfortable and had no issues whatsoever. We would love to come back someday, it was hard to leave! Definitely recommend! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

We visited for a week. The place was exceptional. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. We visited new beaches each day and enjoyed the pool and the sunsets. Snorkeling in the reefs was fun. Don't miss Thursday night's fish fry. The location made it easy to access everything. We are already planning to return.

Brads place was a an ideal location for our stay in North Caicos. His co-host, Regine, sent us a lot of useful information in order to best prepare is for our stay. She also met us at the ferry dock and we followed her in our rental car to the property. Regine showed us around and gave us a brief orientation of the condo as well. The property itself is just as described and sits on a beautiful, secluded beach. We felt spoiled with the beauty that surrounded us and were sad to leave. The bedrooms were spacious with AC and beds were comfy. We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room with the screened patio door open so we could hear the sounds of the ocean. Don't hesitate to book of you're looking for a spot on North Caicos. You won't regret it.

Alanzo was so kind and responded site. He answered any questions we presented and was quite helpful. He offered suggestions for places to see - to eat- and companies to utilize if we wanted to do excursions. He and Charlene have a lovely place with much attention to detail. They have many of the things needed to reside somewhere for a week and want to rest and relax. The beach was close by and easy to access. It was a spectacular holiday and we are grateful that they allowed us to rent their home. I would absolutely recommend their place to anyone wishing to be near the beach but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay.

Had a great stay with my family, including toddler. The place is bigger than the pictures and all four of us plus baby were comfortable. The snorkeling is great right at the resort and there are chairs and umbrellas on the beach. If you want to go to a different beach the condo has umbrellas and a chair which was perfect. The construction is right next door and they do start early at 6:30 am and take a break from 11:30am-1. It was not too bothersome. The only issue was it was at times disturbing for my son’s nap time. If traveling with kids, there is not a crib or high chair. You need to bring or rent. Had a great week.

The place is exactly as described. Walking distance to the beach. A pretty peaceful area, secluded away from touristy things. Room was cute and clean. I appreciated the sunscreen and aloe options! Great stay!

This was an incredible place to stay. It was so peaceful and steps from an almost secluded beach. The condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. They really have thought of everything. Having Regine meet us at the ferry and taking us to the condo was great. We just followed her instead of having to figure out where to turn. She made sure we were connected to WiFi and had everything we needed. It was our own little slice of paradise. We highly recommend it. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The view was amazing and the place was so nice. Stanley was very responsive. The location is great for snorkeling at the beach. I would stay here again.

Beautiful condo steps from the beach. The unit was perfect for a week vacation with kids home from college. The pictures were accurate and check in was one of the easiest ever. Plenty extra touches in the unit that were appreciated. IE nice beach towels, Basket of paper goods and tide pods. One restaurant next door, Pelican Bay. Was perfect to stop over. Other restaurants and shopping are easy 10 to 15 minute walk. Also-- parking lot is gated for extra security. Would highly recommend staying at this property

I have stayed at this condo a few times before because I love it's position at La Vista Azul, corner unit with lots of light and steps from the pool. This was my first trip after the owner did some big updates, and WOW it is just perfect. Bright, modern, and airy, 100% my go to condo at the complex now! THANKS Mike and team, the place looks great and can't wait to return in the summer !!!

Tony was an amazing and responsive host and went above and beyond for us. The place was a short walk to the beach, and adorable. There was a beautiful backyard, that felt private and enclosed, with a lounge chair, a swing, and a grill + a small table for eating! There was off street parking, and the grocery store was so close. If you do go to the beach and come back, there’s a small hose outside for you to rinse off your feet too, which was extra nice. Anytime we had a small problem, or a question, Tony responded promptly and resolved it ASAP. Thank you Tony for being such a wonderful host.

We would book here again! Overall, Nicole's lovely condo and the property as a whole exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictures and description. Extremely clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the heavy duty beach umbrella, which was needed with the strong winds. Quiet building, clean pools and clean hot tub. The property is very well cared for. Loved being on this level as we could just step off our balcony and be on the main deck or in the pool. Amazing view of the ocean from room. Good quality bed. Very safe area to walk to a couple of restaurants at Turtle Cove- Baci Restaurante was our fav. Sharkbites pub was nice for casual. Disappointed with Mango Reef - food and service not very good for the high price. Down on Grace Bay Beach our favs were The FARM, Somewhere Cafe, and Hemmingways. Neko was quick with responses to a couple of questions we had. Thank you Nicole and to Neko for his service. Rented car from Scooter Bob's = excellent company.

My husband and I were impressed with Adam’s home. Rarely do you ever find a home that looks EXACTLY as pictured on a host listing. The home was so clean and quiet, even in the mornings we heard no one around us. Most important, we felt super safe there where we did not even lock our valuables in the safe provided for us. Parking was always available right outside our door. The location of the beaches/restaurants was just mins away. We would certainly stay at this location again and recommend anyone who is looking for a cozy modern home to stay while visiting the island. When I contacted Adam, he was very responsive, another big perk for me as I have had hosts that ignored me for days to where I ended up cancelling my stay with them. 5 stars for us!👌🏽🙂

Beautiful quiet location, but so close to everything !!! We loved exploring the island , and we loved coming home to relax by the pool and chill outside ! Eliphat was so helpful and so nice ! I wish we could stay longer !! What a gem of place ! Don’t miss this special place on Turks !

We very much enjoyed our stay! Steve and Nicole were always very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The unit was super clean and had most of the amenities we needed. We loved being directly poolside, although on one occasion there was a family with young children in the pool playing quite loudly before 8am. This only happened once, and they do have "Quiet Hour" policies at the resort, so it really wasn't an issue for us... but be advised that the serenity of your stay may be dependent on how respectful and courteous the other guests are, given the close proximity of the unit to the pool. Overall, we were very pleased and loved having the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, with storage pockets to keep essentials out of the sand, cup holders, etc. It was also super to be within walking distance to a few restaurants (we liked Mango Reef and Sharkbite). We would definitely recommend having a car, however, to explore all of the lovely beaches and other restaurants. We'll be back!
