My husband and I stayed here for a week and had such a a great time! Teresa went above and beyond, she was extremely responsive to anything we needed or any questions we had. I Highly recommend! Also, the sunrises from this Villa were beyond this world!

Te went above and beyond to help us find a hotel, demonstrating her commitment to customer care. Meeting Te in person was a genuine pleasure; she graciously made an effort to meet us at the property, showcasing her dedication. The home itself exceeded all expectations—immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated, and precisely tailored to our needs. Moreover, the property was generously stocked with all the essentials, enhancing our comfort and convenience. Te's responsiveness was remarkable; whenever we required assistance, she was readily available and quick to address our needs. Had a great experience staying at Andrew's comfort nest. Daniel was super helpful and picked us up from the airport, helped us rent a golf cart, and answered questions about findin snorkeling and scuba diving.

Great location in a historic home. O’Neil met us at the home upon arrival and let us in and showed us the home. He was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond. A couple minor issues were promptly addressed. We come to the island regularly and have stayed in several homes. Sunnyside is under new ownership and management, and it shows that they care and are actively working to make it the best it can be. We’d recommend staying here!

This place is off by itself, but that made it perfect. We had the beach to ourselves. Only thing that was a concern is hot water. If you have a big group, spread out shower time to allow the heater to recover. Really loved the place, location, outdoor furniture and area. If we go back to Turks, we’ll stay there again.

This place is amazing! Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Bikes included were perfect for getting around for the week. Located approx 5 min walk from a beautiful beach in a quiet neighbourhood. Frequent visits by local donkeys and horses due to the fruit tree in the front! Hosts were helpful and responsive. Already planning our next visit! Highly recommend booking this place if you are considering it.

welcome to Paradise! the apartment is right on the beach, beautiful view of the ocean and amazing sunsets. It is really meant to live outside : keep the doors open to the screened porch, sit on the many lounge chairs on the deck, then take a plunge in the ocean. We appreciated the extra like the water shoes, floaters, kayaks, snorkeling gear. we didn’t use the bikes but could have. this place is like a dream. We did use the A/C in the bedroom at night, and while at first we were hot when we walked in and were disappointed with the lack of central air, we quickly realized that it’s not needed. there is always a breeze and you are really meant to live with doors opened, hanging on the porch, deck or beach! We had fun with the dogs, donkeys and kitten. Charlotte is a super host, very responsive, coordinated a taxi pick up from the airport and her guidebook was super helpful. Close to supermarket, restaurants and fish market. We’d love to come back!
