This stay was perfect! We loved it! Looks just like the pictures! Highly recommend to anyone it is convenient stay close to lots of restaurants and storea and walking sistance to beach. Will be coming back to stay here!

Great place to stay! Comfortable apartment with a nice pool, walkable to the beach, short drive to Grace Bay and restaurants. Good option for saving some money as compared to pricey resorts. Highly recommend!

Amazing find and great host! The property is amazing, quiet, calm, beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Its a great place to disconnect and explore turks and Caicos. The best thing to do in Turks and Caicos is beach hopping and Michael’s place is super central, yet hidden in nature so you can go anywhere from there but still disconnect and relax easily. The airbnb comes with two beach chairs and a cooler. Just load them in the car and go explore! We also enjoyed having down time and reading by the pool area in between beach days. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again when visiting turks and Caicos. Things you must know about turks and caicos: you need a car regardless where you stay. Taxis are not readily available, not even by the grace bay beach area (lots of tourists get stranded there). The island is super safe and its fairly easy to drive. you will enjoy the freedom and time savings from being able to drive to places.

Perfect stay for our short trip, would definately recommend! Anya's home is exactly as pictured. Clean, ample parking, safe, and walkable to the beach and town area.

We enjoyed our stay at oscars place. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but if you plan on renting a car and visiting multiple beaches like we did, the location is very central - while still giving you a great view of grace bay. We also felt very safe here, there was always security at night and the units were gated. Oscar was also very responsive and offered helpful suggestions for things to do. The only thing I would suggest is that the unit include a sturdier beach umbrella and foldable beach chairs. Otherwise, everything was as described.

the place was very well located just a steps from the beach, nice area surrounding by flowers and vegetation, very pretty! One of the best areas in the entire island to stay with a great price. I'll definitely come back there. 100% recommended 💕

Amazing stay with incredible views... the pics online don't do them justice. The outdoor patio and pool area was stunning - the surrounding area was peaceful and we typically felt like we were on a private island. We only heard or saw neighbors a few times. Inside the place was comfortable and we had what we needed, opting to have breakfast and dinner in most days. If you are looking for a relaxing place to recharge and don't mind having a rental car to get around the island, then look no further!

By the end of Our stay We made lifelong friends and cannot wait to rebook this AirBnb again . We have stayed all over the world & by far this was Our favorite Host & stay . Adriano is amazingly responsive , kind , warm & makes sure everything is perfect every minute of your stay . The accommodation was perfect for my kids & I . The location is amazing close to everything . You have everything you need ( including beach towels / snorkeling / paddle board / chairs ) and if you don’t have something He immediately gets it ( We weren’t missing anything ) . Our stay included gorgeous flowers from his garden as a surprise & a beautiful , thoughtful going away gift . We were truly treated like royalty . Best yet he gives you a million suggestions for restaurants/ beaches / things to do anything you ask you get a reply immediately. Cannot wait to return

I am no stranger to Turks Travels ... and have loved Carpe Diem condos for quite some time due to the location - easy beach walk and being right across from the police station and local shops ! Solo traveler and felt secure . Michael's place was better than the pictures - as it's very spacious , bright and beautifully beach appointed . Can't say enough good things about the king bed mattress - something to be said for sleeping fabulous on vacation ! One of my favorite things was the separate lobby area ( with a door to close if u choose ) that made you feel as if you could leave ur beach things right there and not deal with bringing them in your separate living space . Was a quiet week before Easter so all was serene and quiet within the condo complex ! Would be great to come back and enjoy again !

we've stayed at many amazing airbnb's around the world and this one tops list. the property is so special. it's private, lush and tropical. with so many cute spots to hang out and have breakfast or a beer, or a game of cards or a dip in the beautiful pool. Mango the donkey is a huge highlight. Such a sweet girl who we already miss dearly. Their rescue dogs are such good girls too. Especially Luna and Mouse. They helped fill the void of our dogs we missed back home. Gaby was outside every morning taking such great care of the property. it's spotless clean, inside and out. rachel was so helpful. we would absolutely love to stay here again. the Island itself is so special. it's for those looking to explore off the beaten path who enjoy quite sunsets, and beautiful quite beaches without the need for smoke and mirrors of fancy restaurants and dressy nights out. Definitely recommend going to Parrot ice for icecream ( all made fresh and homemade), and my Dee's on Friday night for the BBQ.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip. Raeven was a wonderful host very kind, responsive, and thoughtful. We especially appreciated the complimentary wine and the sweet letter; it was such a lovely touch. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely love to stay again on our next visit!

Tony was an amazing and responsive host and went above and beyond for us. The place was a short walk to the beach, and adorable. There was a beautiful backyard, that felt private and enclosed, with a lounge chair, a swing, and a grill + a small table for eating! There was off street parking, and the grocery store was so close. If you do go to the beach and come back, there’s a small hose outside for you to rinse off your feet too, which was extra nice. Anytime we had a small problem, or a question, Tony responded promptly and resolved it ASAP. Thank you Tony for being such a wonderful host.

Absolutely fabulous location!! The size of the condo was huge and perfect for our family of four!! We loved having a pool onsite and beautiful balcony to eat breakfast on each morning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of things to cook with. The only thing missing were trash bags and maybe a few kitchen staples like salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. Otherwise, we have no complaints at all about our stay!!

Brads place was a an ideal location for our stay in North Caicos. His co-host, Regine, sent us a lot of useful information in order to best prepare is for our stay. She also met us at the ferry dock and we followed her in our rental car to the property. Regine showed us around and gave us a brief orientation of the condo as well. The property itself is just as described and sits on a beautiful, secluded beach. We felt spoiled with the beauty that surrounded us and were sad to leave. The bedrooms were spacious with AC and beds were comfy. We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room with the screened patio door open so we could hear the sounds of the ocean. Don't hesitate to book of you're looking for a spot on North Caicos. You won't regret it.

Alanzo was so kind and responded site. He answered any questions we presented and was quite helpful. He offered suggestions for places to see - to eat- and companies to utilize if we wanted to do excursions. He and Charlene have a lovely place with much attention to detail. They have many of the things needed to reside somewhere for a week and want to rest and relax. The beach was close by and easy to access. It was a spectacular holiday and we are grateful that they allowed us to rent their home. I would absolutely recommend their place to anyone wishing to be near the beach but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to the island. We rented a car and enjoy traveling around exploring the area. Felt very safe and will be back again…. Room was very clean and air conditioner work very well kept us cold.

The view was amazing and the place was so nice. Stanley was very responsive. The location is great for snorkeling at the beach. I would stay here again.

We had such a peaceful time here. Bright sunlit unit with ocean views and comfortable new looking fit out. Owner mentioned to us he had just put in a brand new AC and definitely appreciated how well it worked after some struggles with another unit. And Mike was so friendly and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo, we hope to visit again!

Hal’s place was excellent! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it! Hal was very responsive and gave amazing recommendations on restaurants, excursions, grocery stores and more. The place itself was super clean, newly renovated and steps away from a quiet, clean beach!

We would book here again! Overall, Nicole's lovely condo and the property as a whole exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictures and description. Extremely clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the heavy duty beach umbrella, which was needed with the strong winds. Quiet building, clean pools and clean hot tub. The property is very well cared for. Loved being on this level as we could just step off our balcony and be on the main deck or in the pool. Amazing view of the ocean from room. Good quality bed. Very safe area to walk to a couple of restaurants at Turtle Cove- Baci Restaurante was our fav. Sharkbites pub was nice for casual. Disappointed with Mango Reef - food and service not very good for the high price. Down on Grace Bay Beach our favs were The FARM, Somewhere Cafe, and Hemmingways. Neko was quick with responses to a couple of questions we had. Thank you Nicole and to Neko for his service. Rented car from Scooter Bob's = excellent company.

Great stay. Mark was very responsive & accommodating. The space is comfortable, well managed and spacious. Exactly like described. Everything is only a few minutes drive away. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Apartament w 100% jest zgodny z opisem czysty, nowy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony jednym słowem jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz dodatkowo piękna spokojna i bardzo bezpieczna okolica w bliskiej odległości od pięknych plaż. Jednym słowem czuliśmy się jak w domu. Adam jest wspaniałym gospodarzem dba o swoich gości przekazuje dokładne instrukcje i odpowiada od razu na wiadomości a w razie potrzeby reaguje od razu. Jednym słowem wszystko było perfect. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z apartamentu i pobytu na wyspie i na 100% wrócimy wyspa jest przepiękna oferuje rajskie plaże i mnóstwo atrakcji które na zawsze pozostają w pamięci. Steve place is just what we needed. Location is great. The pool right outside our room was a plus. The view is amazing. His place is clean and perfect for a couple or a solo trip. The beach is like a 2 min drive and 15 min walk. It felt like our own private beach. Steve also provided us with a cooler and beach chairs big plus. IF you book here Rent a car. It will save you a ton of money especially if you leave 2 to 3 times a day or want to really explore the island. It will pay for itself on day one. Its like $90 round trip with a taxi to most places. If your looking for Safe and clean then this your place. You dont want to spend all your time in the room with all the beautiful beaches on this island.
