Randi was the perfect host. She was very responsive and friendly and helped make the place comfortable for me. She was very accommodating when it came to my dog and myself and she is such a sweetheart. I loved the area and it was very quiet, close to Panama City where there was plenty to do. The parks in the area are nice and perfect for dog walking. Thank you Randi for making my stay fantastic, you and your family are wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. Hope to see you again sometime soon!

Comfortable home, very clean in a nice,well maintained neighborhood. Listing details and photos are accurate. If you want to explore the historic St. Andrews area, state park, or the busyness of PCB, it's a great spot and you get to come home to peace and quiet and your OWN pool and hot tub! Fenced in yard is private and our little dogs loved it. Trey is so proactive but if you do need to ask him something, he is very responsive and helpful.

This was a quiet neighborhood that was centrally located for everywhere that we needed to travel to for this busy wedding weekend that occurred during Memorial Day celebration. Full kitchen, comfortable living room, convenient dining area in open concept. The washer and dryer made it very convenient for us with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, too. Just down the street from top notch dining and grocer. Straight shot to historic downtown PC and quick scenic drive to beaches. Great communication from Blake. The time change caught us off guard and we arrived early, they graciously accommodated us. The unique spiral staircase and the cozy area for reading upstairs made it something special.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I absolutely loved my stay, from the very beginning, Janice made everything so easy—from the smooth check-in process to her quick responses that made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I especially appreciated how fast she responded to my booking request, which made planning my trip stress-free (no waiting around for days like I’ve experienced before!). The home itself was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location—close to restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and everything else I needed. It was the perfect home away from home. Janice was an amazing host, and I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for a great stay. I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in town!
