Monthly Rentals in North Austin

Mona was an excellent communicator, the parking was covered and clearly labeled, the space was clean and as described, the neighbors were great, and it was a perfect place to watch the eclipse! We would stay here again for another work trip. It’s close to the office and a relatively short drive to anywhere we wanted to go (depending on traffic of course because it’s still Austin). Greg and Amanda are incredible hosts! We would absolutely stay at any of their properties going forward. They are very responsive, easy to communicate with, have clear instructions for everything, and just kind and welcoming. The space itself is the best Airbnb one could dream of in Austin, especially for a long term stay--very clean, spacious, functional and well designed with comfortable beds, a well equipped and stocked kitchen, and a very large office space with actual office desks (incl a standing one). The way the house is situated made it very private, and you are happily transported to an urban oasis the moment you walk through the front door. The serene lake view offers much needed energy boosts and relaxation throughout the whole day, and the screened in porch is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while gently swaying in the swinging bed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the house is equipped with everything you could ever think of. Book it!

I would like to thank Nallely. My stay was unusual in that Nallely is typically in town and available. During my stay, Nallely was out of town and unaware that security access codes to the building had changed. The TV was uninstalled in a box, the dryer was full of bedding, and there were no directions or access codes to amenities which are in separate buildings. Nallely apologized, promptly provided access codes and a map providing access to the building and amenities. We agreed to early check out with refund for unused nights, and Nallely held up her end of the deal providing the refund after I checked out. I still think this is your best bet for an extended stay in domain in prime location as opposed to the other air bnb’s which were all 800$-1000$ more for the one month stay at the time of my booking in May 2025

Really enjoyed my stay at Adrian & Caitlin's place. It was the perfect size for my short week there and thr location was perfect as it was close to my job. Would definitely stay here again.
