What an amazing home! The exteriors are sublime (and the presence of horses a real plus). The house is decorated with great taste but is mostly functional. Everything is there to have a good time with a large group. And what a marvel this sun-soaked veranda. The bedrooms almost all have their own bathroom, which is perfect for everyone to have their privacy. The back kitchen and kitchen provide a caterer. Storage is numerous. Natacha is very considerate and special mention to Axelle, who manages the house and is simply adorable and very helpful. So one word to wrap it up: THANK YOU!

Very nice and spacious house allowing to stay with an extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and check-out times. Samuel had delicate touches on the occasion of Christmas, which particularly touched us. Do it again during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor amenities!

A lovely big house, with great reception rooms to be together as a large group. The house was quite cold (esp top floor bedrooms) but the open fires make the kitchen and living areas cosy. The bathroom access is a bit unusual so you need to be ok with that, it was fine for our group. Only one criticism would be the oven- for a large group one oven was a bit of a problem, especially cooking Christmas lunch. Overall though a beautiful house and stay .

François welcomed us perfectly to his castle. The place is both beautiful and warm. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are fully renovated. In the middle of winter, we did not feel the cold thanks to the general heating and fireplaces. I would highly recommend coming to spend a weekend with friends!

We had a lovely family weekend in this house facing the sea! The hosts are very accommodating, the house is spacious… everything was perfect!

The piano house is a haven of peace. Its chic bohemian furniture, neat decor and the colors of the rooms make it particularly soothing. As soon as the suitcases put down you feel caught up by the magic of the place, time seems to be suspended. Everything is well thought out to accommodate 18 people, the bedding is quality, the dishes are pretty, and the rooms are spacious. Its location is also very nice with the village of Cormeilles nearby where you can find all the food shops that will delight your taste buds, there are also florists, wine shops and a large area. This stay was a no-brainer for us. I highly recommend this house and for my part I plan to return there very soon. To conclude, I would like to thank Aurélien very much for his great responsiveness, availability, and flexibility, I particularly appreciated the fluidity of our exchanges. Thank you thank you 🤩

We had a lovely time with the group of friends! It is a beautiful house, with all the comforts. Everything was very clean and in addition, communication with Guillaume was super good! So definitely recommended!

Very pleasant stay with family. The indoor pool and hot tub are a real plus, given the dreary weather at the end of February. Many board games and books available for children and adults alike. The inside of the house is clean and as described. Romain is responsive and responds very quickly during the stay. Thank you for everything.

I had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. From the moment I arrived, the owners made me feel right at home, with clear and friendly communication throughout my stay.

Beautiful house, very well equipped, very nicely furnished and decorated. We spent a great weekend with friends enjoying the house, terrace, garden, jacuzzi, as well as its pétanque court. Julien was very responsive and pleasant. Close to Etretat for great walks. I'll definitely be back!

The holiday was just what we needed. It's a place where you can really relax! Very rustic and rural but with supermarkets a 10 minutes drive away. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children and the bedrooms were just right. The attic rooms do have low doors, I might have hit my head more than once but I am quite clumsy. The kitchen is particularly well equipped with everything you need. Jennifer is a lovely host, although she lives next door and can often be seen gardening is not obtrusive but very chatty should you want. We thoroughly enjoyed feeding the sheep, chickens, rabbit and horse. The pool is a great size, not too deep which meant our 8 year old could stand up. It's not heated but we braved it! It's a lovely location where you can venture out but could happily stay at home and explore the grounds. It's wonderful at night, with no light pollution you can see stars very clearly and we enjoyed watching bats and spotting glow worms! Thanks for a lovely week

We had a lovely stay at Sylvain's, the house is great and it is possible to be many without giving up calm thanks to the different parts of the house. Sylvain was very responsive and accommodating.

A family stay, which was quite successful, it started with a warm and friendly welcome from the owners , who gave us all the information to enjoy this magnificent residence (nice decor where you feel good immediately ) So we succumbed to the charm of this typical Norman house, well laid out and we took full advantage of all these leisure facilities ( foosball, hifi ,billiards and all the games available A quick note: spread the use of hot water so as not to exhaust it, and use the fireplace as a pleasure because the heating can be cut off Quality bedding, a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, dishes in quantity, in short a fully successful stay with a very large living room dining room. We recommend this rental and thank our hosts for allowing us to enjoy their houses as well as the garden for our dogs (thank you for the decorated fir tree)

Authentic Normandy countryside. The house is located not far from the city center, in a hamlet where tranquility reigns. Spacious, well-equipped and clean. The decoration and the Christmas tree brought an extra party air to our family gathering. Ellie is responsive by message and very friendly. We had contacted Ger's bakery before we arrived for a great birthday cake, delicious and very affordable price. Nice activity about 15 minutes by car, the go-kart of Neufbourg, a friendly and memorable moment. Finally, not far away, in Beauchêne, we enjoyed the beautiful Christmas lights. Environment perfectly suited to our family weekend.

Pleasant accommodation and very well located a stone's throw from the beach. In winter, it takes a car to access shops. Flexible check-in and good communication with Sophie.

The place was very clean and well maintained

Everything was GREAT, we'll be back . The house is functional. The pool, sauna, foosball, ping pong and swing delighted young and old. The rooms are nice with good bedding. the house is clean, well equipped and tidy. bikes are available (with a pump just in case). Also, the weather was with us to enjoy Cabourg , Dives and Houlgate.

Comfortable and well-stocked home, a quiet and friendly garden and a pool at the top!! Take advantage of the veranda to extend aperitifs and meals with family or friends! A very welcoming and available host, all close to Magny en Vexin, Giverny .... A nearby place to recommend for a WE with family or friends!

We had a fabulous weekend at Marc and Sophie's, the house is beautiful and very warm, ideal for a weekend with friends. Marc and Sophie were very friendly and responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

Very good. Following a need to change the gas bottle for the barbecue, Thibaud was very responsive. The house was well-equipped and comfortable.

Christelle and Christophe warmly welcomed us to their cottage, very well equipped, ideal for a weekend with family or friends, which was our case. They were extremely responsive to warn EDF during a general power outage that was removed in the space of a good hour. We also recommend Antoine Lefranc's walk in Carolles, which motivates young and old to put their noses outside!

Great family stay in this huge and beautiful house, with impeccable cleanliness! Emma was at our disposal and listening to us before our stay and throughout our stay. The view was amazing, with a large lot, heated pool and pétanque court that we really enjoyed! I highly recommend it. ☺️

Small cocoon ideal for family reunification with all the comforts and amenities needed! The house is very new (great bedding, large fridge/freezer, great bean or ground coffee machine, lots of kitchen accessories, wood burner, parking in front of the house) We were 11 in the main house which has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (one of the bedrooms has an extra shower) There is an extension that we did not see. The common areas are spacious and very well arranged and decorated, Vanessa and her husband have taste. The garden is very beautiful (with outdoor games for children) and the house includes an indoor spa with sauna and hammam, and a glass roof with pool and jacuzzi accessible from the spa room. Towards the Chartres does not have many shops (but Leclerc is a short drive away) but offers beautiful walks/jogging through the forest, a golf course is a 10min drive (9 holes) in Fontenay Chartres
