Very nice house, very well renovated, very well equipped, spacious and very bright for our few winter days! The annex with the pool table and pinball was much appreciated by the 6 children (and the 8 adults enjoyed the calm in the house!). Unfortunately, the ping pong could not be used much in the garage next door because it was not bright enough to play and too cold. Very nice owners, recommended! Magali

We had a great time at Giovanni's place. The house is spacious, matches the photos (we even found the house better than in the photos) and very well-equipped (complete kitchen equipment as well as various board games, books and outdoor equipment). For us, the environment was ideal because it was quiet and not overlooked. Communication with Giovanni was perfect: quick response to messages and advice on things to do there. We would recommend it without hesitation

Lovely place for a family holiday or a stay with friends. A nice kitchen, great dining room and cosy living room. Grand playroom for the kids and horses to feed in the fields. A great experience!

Comfortable and very quiet accommodation. Coraline and Fred are very available and very responsive. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional.

small 2 rooms very comfortable, on the second floor. there's nothing missing. the bedding is very good. the windows of the living room overlooks the road and the harbor ( beautiful view), but no noise to the bedroom overlooking the courtyard . A little expensive compared to the fact that we have to bring linens and towels. we had a lovely stay in this small port town that I really like!

Warm welcome, very clean apartment and fully as advertised. Quiet we had a very nice stay of 3 nights for 2 adults and children. Eric is available and very pleasant. Shops next door. The area is worth a visit to Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel, even the weather was nice! I would recommend this place without any problems! Thanks Eric.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Thanks to Flavie for this accommodation which is very clean. The decoration of the apartment is very nice. The beds are good qualities. Flavie remains very available for any questions, she responds very quickly. We had a lovely stay.

We had a very nice stay in the historic upper town, close to the beaches, Plat Gousset, Pointe du Roc... Ideal location, quiet, to enjoy Granville and the surroundings.

We had a great time at Laurence's apartment. A big thank you to Anaïs, who greeted us with a smile, was available, flexible and very good advice – especially for the noon restaurant as soon as we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located, with a magnificent view to the sound of seagulls, a real little piece of paradise. We now know where to put our bags down the next time we come back to the area!

Ideal accommodation for visiting Cabourg and its surroundings. Located a 1-minute walk to the waterfront, this studio is perfect for enjoying the Normandy coast. We only enjoyed the place for two nights but we will definitely come back without hesitation. Very friendly welcome and very friendly hosts!

We were welcomed by Samuel and Katia with a smile. Very well arranged and tastefully decorated home! It is close to the center and the port for sightseeing. Private parking is a real plus. Only small downside for those sleeping in the living room, it can be a bit noisy with the road.

Very well located apartment to enjoy the beach which is 5 minutes away. Frédéric was welcoming and flexible for departure and arrival times. The apartment is nice. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance.
