Great small apartment in a very peaceful and beautiful area. The apartment has everything you might need for a short stay. Its on the island so you will have to cross the beautiful bridges. It is 10 minutes by bike to city center. The host is super friendly and helpful. Great choice for anyone coming to Rotterdam. Amazing city and a great apartment in a well maintained neighbourhood.

Vincent's place is located 5 minutes away from the city center, comfortable, spacious and looks as described. As a host Vincent is extremely kind, helpful and considerate and that has made all the difference. We stayed for longer period and Vincent was a great host! The apartment was clean, spacious, well stocked and in a building that is safe, quiet and has good views. There are good amenities and being so close to Markthal and Beurs was a huge plus. Definitely recommend Vincent's place.

Neat, beautiful loft in the villa. The walking distance to the center was a little further than expected (half an hour), but certainly not disturbing. A pleasant walk in the sun. On Saturday night there was a private event in the bar downstairs. You could hear the sound of the party upstairs but not to the extent that it was disturbing to sleep. In short, a nice stay, a nice contact with the host and therefore a good starting point for a few days in Rotterdam.

We felt welcomed. NOTE that the apartment number is included on the building numbering (it could be confusing). Exiting the garage to get to the elevators, it is the last door with a pedestrian sign on it to your right after you have parked and exited your car (not to be confused with the gray storage doors) after going through a hallway that leads to the elevators, by opening two doors on your way. (Ask Alex for a short video). The apartment number is a small sign on top of its door. The vehicle should be close to the garage gate to activate the opener. Note that the garage space numbers are not in a numerical order.
