Monthly Rentals in Nokomis

We enjoyed our stay here and Yuriy was very helpful and accommodating. Those that are looking for city water during their stay this house is not for you as it is well water. All in all we enjoyed the house and the location.

Michelle’s place was just the perfect place for myself and my team during our stay. She had everything ready prior to arrival. The instructions from check in to check out were accurate. She was helpful with all location places that really assisted us to adapt to the place very quickly. This house is definitely one of my favourites in all my travels. She definitely delivered in spades. For anyone looking to rent this house, It’s a home that you will fall in love with. Loved the salt water pool. The pictures don’t do justice.

Had a great stay during our week in Nokomis. The layout was great and actually had way more space than we even thought. Very easily fit our family of 5. Great set up as well with the master on one side of the house and then the other 2 bedrooms on the other. Neighborhood was very well maintained. You’re about a 3 minute drive or 20 min walk to the beach, but you should already know that when booking. This was one of the best stocked AirBnB’s we’ve stayed at. We truly felt like we were in a home we could live in as there was good flow. Backyard was great as we used the fire pit and hosted some family one evening. Lynda was great to communicate with. She even went above and beyond as we left a camera accidentally. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place!

Scott’s place was great! Clean and fully stocked. Easy walk to the beach and all the beach supplies you would need for a family. Slept 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Wrap around porch was awesome. A small touch I loved was all light switches and drawers labeled. It goes a long way to not have to search when trying to turn on lights or find a spoon! Thanks for a great visit - we will be back!
