We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

Lovely venue, ideal distance for Villa Baroncino

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Rossella's accommodation is comfortable, spacious, well structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very large, a nice garden that is very well maintained, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We can certainly only recommend Rossella's place.

We were extremely happy with Anna's place. We felt we had everything we needed and more for our toddler and 10 month old baby. Sitting on the patio by a campfire was an absolute joy in an incredibly peaceful setting. The attention to detail was not missed and we wished we had booked for more days. Highly recommend this place for those seeking the best in terms of amenities in a quiet, remote and peaceful setting.

This is a beautiful place to stay where you can enjoy the view of Lake Bosenna at a glance. Everywhere in the house was beautifully decorated to the point that it felt like the locals lived there, and the space was more spacious than the colors. The location is the last house on the lake side of the villa complex on the hillside, so the view from the window as well as the view from the second floor veranda is fantastic. The host responded quickly and in detail, and the friend who helped me check in was also kind. It's a nice place to stay, peaceful and happy, just looking at the beautiful lake view from the room.

Marco is a unique host, but above all a wonderful person! From the moment of booking, he was very friendly and met our needs. On the day of check-in, he personally welcomed us and provided us with all the necessary directions for our stay, welcoming us with biscuits. The apartment is located in the center of Anghiari, which is more center than that you can't! Very convenient to reach from the free parking that takes you with the elevator to above the village. From there, a few steps on foot and you're right in front of Marco's apartment. The cheerfulness is very welcoming, spacious and has everything you need, even much more (even smart TVs and PlayStation). Also, honorable mention to the double bed: it's super comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. If you come to Anghiari, choose Marco and make sure you won't regret it. Quality/Price of this type in the historic center is not found! A hug and see you next time!!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Claudia's place is a real gem. We were a family of 8 staying at the villa and we had a great time. The scenery is breathtaking and the space is perfect for a larger family. The grounds of the villa are very well kept and the spa area was amazing. We are already talking about our next trip! Thank you again for a unforgettable stay.

Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.

Lovely secluded place to stay. Bruno and his dad umberto were very responsive when issues cropped up and everything was sorted quickly. As other reviews say you will need a car to get to the accommodation preferably a 4x4 although we did manage it in our estate cars. Gorgeous place to spend some time away from the world
