Surf City Serenity with a View! This townhouse in Surf City was an absolute delight. From the moment we booked, the owner was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Knowing we had such attentive support made planning our getaway a breeze. The location itself is truly special, boasting an incredibly short walk to the beautiful Surf City beach – perfect for morning strolls and sunset watching. Beyond the beach access, the townhouse offered a truly gorgeous view overlooking the intercoastal waterway and lush local vegetation. Waking up to the tranquil scene and the delightful chorus of birdsong each morning was a highlight of our stay. The peaceful ambiance, combined with the convenience of the nearby ocean and the owner's excellent communication, made for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation. We highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a slice of coastal paradise in Surf City!

The house was amazing, the screened in deck, washer and dryer, and full kitchen was all we could ask for! Plus it’s in a quiet neighborhood 10/10 would definitely book again.

As advertised! Would recommend and hope to return. Everything was great! There is not one negative I can think of. One of the best places we have stayed through Air BnB. Sue was a great host, super clean, comfy beds, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, excellent location.

Great condo, ocean views, large pool with comfortable seating. My 10 and 7 year old boys enjoyed our stay. Great to have the pool as an option when the wind off the beach got too much. My only complaint is that AirBnB puts the location right off the main rotary when it’s actually over a mile. That is a long walk with young kids. The apartment is well decorated, cozy, and ocean views are the best. If you use the top bunk, check to make sure the sheets are on. I went take the sheets off at checkout and realized they had never been put on, all folded in the corner, my kid never complained. We would stay again

This is the 3rd time my family has stayed here. We really enjoy the house and location. It is about a 5-7 minute drive to Surf City and about a 12 minute drive to some good restaurants in North Topsail. Debbie is a great host and very easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back.

This was our second time vacationing here. We love the ocean views, cleanliness of the house, location on the island. It is a great place for a family getaway. The host is great as well. Highly recommend!

We chose a very special place for a very special occasion - our silver jubilee. The ocean views were awesome and the constant sound of the waves were quite soothing to hear. The sturdy wooden staircases provided quick and easy access to the beach from both floors of the house. All the rooms were clean and tastefully furnished. The ocean theme of the living room’s furnishings and fabric added a cozy feel to the space. All the bathrooms were clean and contemporary. The full kitchen was very much to our liking with literally everything one would need. Donna responded to all our queries in a timely and professional manner. Her placing an anniversary greeting card on the kitchen counter was a lovely gesture and well appreciated by us. The quaint and quiet seaside neighborhood was absolutely charming. Our dear pet also had a wonderful time. Along with a fabulous weather, the vibes were just perfect to turn our momentous day into a memorable celebration. Will definitely consider coming back.
