A 15 minute walk, 2 minute drive to the CBD. this modern studio room is close to all amenities with a rural/vineyard outlook. Cosy with a heat pump and easy to access being on SH1, but set back off the road so it is quiet. A beautiful view of the hills and a large pool/entertainment area. This is attached to a home, however you have your own access, kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of off street parking, BBQ, free wifi and a smart TV.

Our gracious home 'Nirvana' is the closest and most convenient to the CBD overlooking Latimer Square and Transitional Cathedral. Andrea’s lodge was just perfect. We had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace, nice and tidy room. We felt like home. She gave us some recommendations for the area. There is also a pick for the shuttle bus to the start of the Tongario crossing right in front of the street. Easy to book and close to the start and end. Self laundry with coins available at the reception (if you have none) We can highly recommend this place!!

Gorgeous accommodation with a stunning outlook! Nuala was quick to respond and even came out to say Hi when she saw us. Loved the extra little touch on the chalk board outside :D The Villa itself was very clean, tidy and felt private, bonus is that it's close to the beach where we got to watch an amazing sunset on our first night, and there's a lovely coastal walk just down the drive all the way into town. 100% recommend and we'd definitely love to stay again!

Waiorau Homestead was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. Our hostess Ann was extremely attentive and made sure we had every thing on hand to ensure a relaxing and peaceful stay. The most comfortable bed and luxurious down comforters and pillows were 5 star quality. Our room was thoughtfully decorated and felt like we were in a Parisian Hotel. A lovely buffet breakfast greeted us each morning which comprised of seasonal fruits, cereals , eggs on toast and croissants followed by freshly brewed coffee. We had an absolutely gorgeous stay at this property. I wish we were there for more than one night! The hosts were so friendly and we were blown away by the beautiful surroundings and comfort of our cottage. Everything was perfectly clean and we felt right at home. The views, especially from the shared pool and spa area are unbeatable. We also loved feeding the sheep who live on the property! I highly recommend booking as it was one of the highlights of our 3-weeks in New Zealand.

Wonderful guesthouse adjoining the hosts’ main residence. Private and quiet, with a spectacular view down into the bay – photos just don’t do it justice! We opted for the delicious continental breakfast. Kitchen facilities are basic (no cooking) but were adequate for our needs. Hosts Sharon and Andrew were lovely and on hand if we needed anything. Overall a lovely stay.

This is an outstandingly beautiful place to stay. The views are amazing, the pool and the hot tube are clean and inviting, and it is incredibly peaceful. It is a wonderful place to have a barbeque on the deck and eat. The room had some nice touches, like some filter coffee, some museli as well as the usual tea and coffee sachets. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. Lori is a lovely person who is very kind, and made sure that we always had what we needed. It is hard to imagine a better place than Lori's, and I totally recommend it to everyone.

Wir haben uns bei Jeanette und Arnie sehr wohlgefühlt. Arnie hat uns auf deutsch mit vielen Informationen und Anekdoten über die Umgebung und Neuseeland versorgt und uns die Vorzüge eines Airfryers näher gebracht. die beiden bewohnen ein wunderschönes Haus in einer äußerst ruhigen Wohngegend nahe am Wasser.
