Great little studio unit that worked well for our week long snow holiday as a couple. Easy walking distance to great local restaurants and cafes. Responsive and helpful hosts. Everything was as described and we found the place to be plenty warm with good sunlight. Thank you for having us 😀

What an amazing apartment…. Best air b and b we have ever stayed in! The hosts Bianca and Hendrik were super responsive and so friendly, so we immediately felt right at home. We were welcomed in straight away. The place is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need! The extra touches are so thoughtful. Stunning bathroom and really comfy bed. Wish we could have stayed longer! Couldn’t recommend more.

The villa has a good environment, it is very convenient to have a big garage, you can also cook and enjoy the lake view while eating

My mother-in-law and I were in Wellington to visit my son, who is attending Victoria University. The apartment was the perfect location for our visits to his flat, the Te Aro neighbourhood, Te Papa, and the Wellington CBD. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were very tasteful. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being able to see the water from the bedrooms and it was great to have the beach just a few steps away from us! This is my favourite part of Wellington and we will definitely be back for future visits!

Sam was an excellent host and was able to coordinate a late checkout for us on a very short timeline. The Airbnb was beautiful and had so many great features. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rotorua!

Fabulous location in Feilding, beautiful outlook over the town centre, paddocks & ranges. Really well equipped kitchen, spacious & great view. Laundry with washer & dryer was also handy. We had 5 adults staying in house together we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in Feilding it meet all our needs.

Lovely clean and spacious house. We stayed with the extended family and kids had a great time! Excellent location. Highly recommend.

We had the most lovely 4 nights staying at this gorgeous accommodation in One Tree Point! The house is spotless and so lush, & had absolutely everything we needed for our little family to have the most comfortable stay. The hosts are so lovely and helpful, the house is in a quiet neighbourhood and the beach is right there which was amazing for late arvo swims and kayaks when the tide was right! We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Karen & Craig.

Nice house new and clean! Close to the city and gardens, the car park was kinda narrow but lots of street car parks.

Fantastic stay, the space was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Just a short walk across the road to the lake which is amazing. Also close to a cafe and the sailing centre. Comfy beds and great linen choice!

As new, everything as anticipated. Relaxing spot, close to the river for swimming. 5 min walk to everything. Recommended.

Megan’s family were friendly, accomodating and helpful hosts. We had everything we needed and the muesli, cookies and milk were a bonus. Even enjoyed pickleball.

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

We enjoyed our stay at Margaret’s place, and we really appreciate her swift communication when we were struggling to find the property (our maps was playing up) and her attention to small things like chocolates, cookies and soft drinks for her guests. The bed is so comfortable and the whole place so neat, tidy and homely. Thank you so much.

Loved how child friendly the accomodation was with all the things you’d need for a baby. So grateful to use the car charger too. Crystal was a great host as well!

I've stayed at many Air B and B's in NZ, and this would have to be one of the best in terms of overall value, comfort, amenities, location and privacy. Hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and responsive. The place really felt like a home away from home for the three nights that we were there. 100% recommend and would be the first place I'd book if I was travelling to Hamilton again.
