Vacation rentals with beach access in New Buffalo Township

We came up to see Lake Michigan, and Jeremy’s place was a perfect spot for us! They have renovated the space beautifully! I LOVED the music posters and all the board games. It is a perfect spot for a family to spend time together. It was everything you would hope for in an Airbnb. Our crew ranged in ages from 2 to 77, and it was a wonderful visit for us all! Jeremy is a kind, helpful, and super responsive host. It doesn’t get better than this! Thank you, Jeremy, for the great stay!

My husband and I stayed at Irene’s place for a weekend get away. The apartment was easy to access and on a very private street. Irena is friendly and responds quickly. As stated in her post, it really was a 3 minute walk to the beach. We were provided with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a private patio and beach towels provided, but you need to grab your own firewood. We had a concert in Chicago and it was only a 30-40min drive to Solider Field, Navy Pier and Shedd Aquarium. This place was a gem and a romantic destination, we will definitely book again!

Stayed for a weekend trip to the beach. Central location, about 5 minutes drive from Mount Baldy, and 5 minutes drive from Washington Park Beach. The suite is spotless, well decorated, and has more and better quality kitchen supplies than most AirBNB options (has a full spice rack, dishes, pots and pans, and a full knife block!). Beds were comfortable and they generously provided beach towels, bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The only negatives were that it is two blocks from a train station (as is everything else with close availability to the beach) with some early morning trains that could wake up late sleepers, and a construction site across the street- the construction noise was minimal to us, and the construction should at some point be completed. We hope to stay with Jessie again for our next visit!

Sameena was wonderful and extremely responsive. This was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we have been to. We had three toddlers with us and weren’t worried about the cleanliness of the floors, walls or surfaces. The very pleasant cleaning woman lives close by if anything comes up. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The only inconvenience is that there isn’t a washer and dryer in the home but there is one available to use down the street with clear instructions on how to get there. Overall this was a wonderful experience with plenty of space!

Great location, walkable (5-10 min walk, depending on where you’re going) to many restaurants, a couple coffee shops, and a short drive to the Indiana Dunes. The area might look rough in some spots, but we felt safe the whole time. Before booking, I’d taken into consideration that several reviews mentioned the train sounds, but as a sleeper who’s in-between light and heavy, I wasn’t woken up at all. The shower has good water pressure and the water heats up quickly. My favorite part of the space is the antique coffee grinder wall attachment, I’d never seen one before and it was so cool! The only thing I’d point out is that the wall of the bathtub is a little high (I am petite at 5’2”), so it was a bit difficult stepping in and out. Wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but it could be a larger concern for visitors with mobility issues.

Another wonderful stay at Angela’s place. It was a short visit but just as clean, comfortable and enjoyable as always! Looking forward to another return visit soon :)

Well-maintained house, spotless upon arrival, great view of the area from the kitchen. Ice machine was a great touch especially with a bunch of people in the house! Would definitely come back!

We all walked in and said WOW! It was beautiful and had so much charm. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the cleanest and most organized. We traveled with 3 couples and there was plenty of room to gather and socialize and room to just chill by yourself. The boardwalk made for a wonderful morning walk. Brittany was a terrific host answering any questions I had and providing a list of thing to do in the area. Certainly worth the money! We would definitely stay again. Rita

Location was great, near the beach , museum and everything that a family would need for keeping their children entertained. The property was amazing, private yet easily accessible, our kids had so much fun and great time as there were so many options of indoor outdoor family games . To talk about host Michela, she was very responsive and amazing to suggest local eating spots, fun places for kids. All in all, we had a great family getaway.

Would highly recommend this charming beach house for your getaway. Walkable beach access to Lake Michigan. Indiana Sand Dunes just a few miles away, along with delightful cafes and restaurants. The comfortable beds, linens and space created an inviting space to wind down after a day of outdooring! And the jacuzzi tub to soak those sore bones. We were visited by several deer while enjoying the outdoor lounging areas.

This is a perfect location, just a few steps and you are on Lake Michigan's gorgeous beach. A great place for 2 couples, or a small family in need of 2 bathrooms. We didn't sit outside as it was too chilly the weekend we went, but nice outside space and so many beach supplies. The sunroom and living room had plenty of space for lounging. Found plenty of food options within a mile. The host was very accommodating with our booking request and the price was reasonable. Wish this place was ours to share with our kids!

Let me begin by saying we can’t wait to stay again. The location was absolutely amazing, particularly if you, like us, adore sunsets. We enjoyed the walk to the beach which is on the property and found the sunsets breathtaking. The beach is beautiful and allowed us to walk three miles. The unit was very clean and had what we needed. We were able to cook in two nights and enjoy a Saugutuck restaurant one evening. Patricia was very communicative and was prompt in responses to questions. We simply could not have enjoyed a better stay. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful place. Well appointed and clean. The beds were a little to firm for me, but they had soft sheets. Great location for the national park and state park. We would stay again if we are in the area!

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend, it was perfect! Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away! Would definitely come again.

We would definitely stay here again. Abel’s place was super comfy, close to everything, and very clean. Abel was very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for beach floats and like items, there is a Dollar General nearby that was cheap and had lots to choose from.

The penthouse was the perfect spot for a family getaway! Rooms were large and well laid out, kitchen had everything we needed, the Michigan city and new Buffalo had lots of great restaurants for dining out or takeout. Everything was immaculately clean, René was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The outside and the neighborhood do not reflect the gem inside! We had a really comfortable stay, and will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and super cozy! You can just stroll right onto the beach. Overall, it was an amazing 10/10 stay, and the hosts were so sweet and welcoming!

Very clean. Great location -- easy walk into downtown St. Joseph and even to the lakefront, plus a restaurant/bar right next door. Good and easy process.
