Amitha’s apartment was great place stay. It was a clean nice apartment with awesome views of Colombo skyline. It was located in a very convenient place with supermarket, restaurants and shops.

Would definitely return again to Faahim’s in a heartbeat. The Airbnb really felt like home and all the facilities for my family were great. Faahim and his father are so friendly and we really enjoyed the stay.

This place is home in paradise. From the cleanliness, systematic checkin in checkout procedures to the hosts availability to help out is just commendable. The view from the stay? Oh boy! It’s to die for! I would recommend this Airbnb a 120%.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The apartment of Prad is a wonderful place with the most stunning view on the lotus tower you can imagine. Additionally, the free to use roof top pool is an outstanding experience. An another good point is that a supermarket is right infront of the door. Prad was always available and a great host. Next time in Colombo, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much Prad!

I had an incredible stay at Costa’s Villa! The home looked exactly like the photos, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk to both the beach and the lagoon, and only a 20-minute drive from the airport, making it an ideal beachside retreat for a peaceful getaway. There’s no shortage of activities in the area, from boat tours to birdwatching, which makes it a haven for both nature lovers and adventurers. We especially enjoyed the serene garden and spent countless hours relaxing on the outside veranda. To top it all off, we got the chance to eat delicious homemade, authentic village-style food that truly enhanced our experience. This was a serene stay in a beautiful villa all to ourselves. Nilanthi was always responsive. Her cousin, Samantha, is the caretaker. Samantha is also an excellent chef and we ordered meals through him. They were excellent. Samantha was also always contactable and helpful. The villa is a short walk to the beach where we swam and enjoyed the sunset.

Sarah’s place was our last stop on a 10-day journey and it was the perfect way to end our holiday, by the beach, in a charming home with plenty of comforts and proximity to all the Negombo restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and we recommend as a minimum stay to truly appreciate the place, the swimming pool and the beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean. The host was very helpful and sent detailed instructions on how to find the place and we also appreciated Nimanthi’s help who was always close by. We recommend this stay and we would be happy to return for another restful beachfront holiday at the Sandcastle.

This Airbnb was lovely and very quiet. However, the only issue was co-ordinating to get the hot water switched on. But we'd definitely stay here again! The area is very peaceful and close to the ocean. Gajanan and his mother were very kind and helpful during our stay 😊🫶

Mr. Kalinga property was one of the best deal I ever had in Airbnb. Entire property is awesome with quiet neighbor. Negombo beach and market is not much far from this place and can be easily accessed by Tuk Tuk through pickme app. Property is exactly same as what described. Kitchen and bathroom are perfectly clean as described in pictures. You can find all cooking utensils, fridge and gas to cook your own meal. There are big and small grocery shops at walking distance for daily needs. Wifi speed is very good without any issue. All items are new as this property is recently build. Mr. Kalinga is a very kind hearted person who takes good care of guests. Appreciate his kind hospitality and would highly recommend to go ahead with his property.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kanishka airbnb. The location was fantastic with easy rides with PickMe. Kanishka was very responsive and easily sorted out any minor issues that came up. Would love to stay here again in the future

Heshan is a nice person and a great host,he is very much co operative and reaponsibe host . First I stayed with my friends and then with my wife and daughter, in between two booking there was a gap of one night which I wanted to stay in a different place but This gentleman allowed me to stay one night free of charge . I have been staying through Airbnb since long time and I never met such a nice person . The. Location he explained is exactly the same as description, the location is very much amazing! In my next visit to colombo I must knock him to allow me again .

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Stayed with 2 other people. Tamara was a great host. She was very helpful and communicative. She was particularly helpful as we navigated our airport cab driver who needed additional directions. You get what you see in the photos on the listing. A note for people with big bags or luggage: you will have to use stairs to get to the rooms (one room is on the 2nd floor along with the kitchen and dining, and the other two are on the 3rd) The rooms had towels and linens, comfy beds, although could do with a bit more dusting prior to people checking in. Tamara left bottled water for us in the fridge as well, which we appreciated. You will have all the basic necessities. While it's not a major issue, we were surprised by the open holes in the bathroom showers. They are high enough to give you privacy, but open out into the side of the building with no screen or cover. Overall, this is a good choice if you need a safe place to sleep and leave your things, as you explore Colombo.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.
