Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Negombo

Uthay’s place was the perfect spot for us to ‘nest’ as we waited for the arrival of our first baby. The kitchen was well stocked and there are multiple grocery stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed spending evenings walking around Beira Lake and chilling out at the pool upstairs. It’s right next to Colombo City Center mall with plenty of restaurant options as well. We also loved the bathtub in the master bedroom, which is rare to find! Uthay was a very attentive host, checking in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely rent this airbnb again next time we come to Colombo!

Amazing apartment. Good location, super comfy beds and a nice pool facing lotus tower. Host allowed check in 2 hours early which was really pleasant. We broke one of the keys to the apartment and therefore looked ourselves out. Host directly passed by even he was still working. Have to apologize again but also highlight that extraordinary service. Highly recommend

Cornwall apartments is mordern & brand new. Its centrally located in Colombo 3 with easy access to restraunts, cafes, super markets and shopping precinct within a 3-10 minute walk/uber/pick me ride e.g. Cricket cafe, the museum, barefoot, DBU, Independence square shoping mall, Galle face hotel, Shangri la hotel, swimming club. Its located at the end of the street, so offers safety and privacy away from the hustle n bustle. All rooms have a/c and ceiling fans which is ideal with Colombo's humidity. The apartment has 3 modern bathrooms (2 x are ensuites), high ceilings with plenty of natural light streaming throughout the apartment. Each bedroom and the large living area has their own balcony. A seperate dining area with an 8 seat dining table offers family mealtime. The bedrooms are spacious with double beds with super comfy mattresses. Access to the full size rooftop pool with amazing views of colombo skyline is a highlight. Only downside was there was no dishwasher.

Absolutely gorgeous surroundings and home. Shazmin is a wonderful host and human. Always available for support and caring. I extended my stay by many days and stayed solo - felt absolutely safe as a solo female traveller thanks to her support and the area locals as well. Looking forward to my next visit and extended stay here!

I had a great experience at this property. The host was super responsive from start to finish. The apartment was as described, clean with all the facilities as listed. Great location. Great building. Could not ask for more. Good wifi and TV. Great airconditioning and friendly host. Was always available and went beyond expectations to accomodate us for a very very late check in and a very early check out. I will always stay here for my regular trips to Colombo.

Truly the best place we’ve ever stayed! Jean Charles was a fantastic host, and Sira the housekeeper was absolutely amazing, so helpful in every way. The property is stunning and every detail so well thought out, perfect for our group of 4 (2 couples) with the open lounge + outdoor area and two private bedrooms overlooking the pool 🤌 We had such a relaxing stay and our breakfasts prepared by Priyan were beautiful. It was the perfect way to start our trip after a long flight. I can’t say enough good things about Villa Mika and would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Cinnamon Life Residence while visiting Colombo, and I am thankful to the staff. The security team's support was excellent during check-in and check-out. Noel's place is peaceful and relaxing, and even though we had some problems on our first day, he was quick to help us rectify them. We appreciate the flexible check-out.

The owner is very helpful. She went on and beyond to help us find a swim instructor. The house was filled with essentials including nice basket of fresh fruits. She even filled the fridge with milk and water bottles. Not to mention the beautiful views of the sea. Highly recommend.
