10/10, cannot wait to come back. And one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. So many birds and wildlife as well. Love the trails behind the cabin.

We absolutely loved our stay at Susan's place. This area is such a peaceful sanctuary, close to the Black Canyon National Park and many other beautiful hiking spots! Susan was so welcoming, and even had homemade banana muffins waiting for us when we arrived. So thoughtful! Her place is an absolute delight and recommend to anyone looking to be in a peaceful state of mind. We hope we can come back one day!

I truly cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, the hosts were so sweet and so friendly. The views….breathtaking! The kind of beauty that sticks with you long after you leave. Matter of fact, we didn’t want to! We wish we would have booked a longer stay!! I especially loved spending time out by the horses and watching the hummingbirds, it was so peaceful and serene! The hosts also gave us awesome recommendations for local spots to check out, which is always great! And the check-out process was SO easy and relaxed, no stress at all. I’ve been to many Airbnbs and this was definitely one of my favorite stays. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic hosts, this is the place! Trust me you will not regret it!

Great stay in Paonia. Nice basement level apartment is spacious. King size bed and large bathroom. Don’t hesitate to book.
